I’m an Asian woman who’s had a successful business in the Paris hotel for 16 years.Ive been a model tenant with no complaints or problems.My lease was not renewed and I wasn’t given another vacant store.My customers are devastated.I don’t understand.I have never complained and have always paid on time or ahead of time.It seems Caesars doesn’t support minority business

My name is Ronald Franzese. My rewards card number is [protected]. My status is platinum. In the past 21 years, I never stayed or gambled at any other casinos than the Caesars' hotel group. I just had a nightmare time at the Paris hotel on the dates of June 9-june 11 2021 the check in 1128 was a nightmare since the kiosks were being used and your check in help had to help people in how to use them so it took them away from people who were doing regular check in. Just terrible. Then I was assigned room 1129 where there was no room for my wife and I clothe. One door opened to an n iron, iron board and small foldable table, the other I was only able to put 2 suits in it. All the other clothes we had to put on the floor in the room. Then I told housekeeping I did not want service for my entire stay. So I left valuables in the room and then o discovered they came and cleaned our room. I'm not saying something was taken but I felt violated if u can compensate me in any way I would greatly appreciate it my email is [protected]@gmail.com. Thank u.

denied pre-paid non-smoking room despite medical need
We recently travelled to Las Vegas, via auto, on a business trip, 5 day stay, and had problems with the customer service at/with Paris Hotel. I must mention this was a business trip not a vacation and made hotel reservations three(3) months prior to arrival.
