A male friend signed up for a 3 day trial subscription, today 15/10/2016. When he tried to cancel it, realised that not only was he charged for the 3 day trial, but was also charged for a Texting feature - NOT only that, when the normal billing cycle was to start he was going to be charged for 3 separate subscriptions. same thing just happened to a friend of mine - except the phone numbers dont work, so he can't cancel the subscriptions. we are going to the australian federal police to file a scam complaint, and get their pages removed...
Despite signing up on the web for a 3 day trial - which was full of 'live models' i.e pay as you go presumably - on the web, the deactivation process require at the end to telephone to complete deactivation - this I did and was assured that this was done. I checked my account after the 3 day trial which was useless, to see that they had taken a one month charge at the end of the 3 days and despite being on the phone for ages the people at the other end refuses to allow that I had indeed telephoned and insisted that the charge would remain. KEEP AWAY...
