Like others who've posted, same thing happen. What was posted on Facebook was not what he sold. He never gave me the title. He's not responding to calls. Did anyone figure out how to get their money back from this scammer?

This person Jack Orgad was posted a 2010 bmw x5 on craigslist and give me a 2009 x5 with issues :missing parts missing screws and others. He refuses to refund my money. is a liar. I called before my purchase of a 16 Kia Sorento on OVE. He said it was good to drive from New Jersey to Oklahoma so I flew my transport out and he found the car with a flat tire, broken windshield and a piston damaged in the motor. My driver had to be flown back and the car left at the auction. I called Jack and he didn't respond. I called his boss and his boss just said he wasn't familiar with the car.
This is how they do business apparently. Buyer BEWARE.

Omg... this guy scammed me just few days ago. What is his real name and address? If we all work together we can catch this guy. He sold a car and lied about the ownership. The car year was wrong and car condition is worst. It's going to cost us more than $6000 to fix. Now he does not answer and scammed many people. Let's all work together and catch this [censored].
