napsgear.net Never received product

Well first order came in about a month after sending money which wasn't to bad. Then second order never made it through customs, but they recent it and got it took about 2 months to receive . Then I figured let me try one more time it's been 29 days and order shows pending .I sent money they picked it up right away and they said processing right away, two weeks later still pending and they were extremely rude over email . Will never ever everever order from them again. I don't think I will ever get my order . It's funny because u always read review telling u oh I got my order so fast well 3 times I ordered first was 1 month 2nd order was 2 months and they shut site down sso I had no idea what was going on now this order still hasn't shipped it's so sad they take your money then ### u oh just wait . FRAUDFRAUD BEWARE!

napsgear.net overall service

Hey guys, go easy on naps alright!Been ordering from Naps for about two years now. Within in that time, I've lived in Chicago, New York and Washington DC, and not once did I have a problem with shipping to my addresses! Fast discreet shipping at that! And if there ever was a discrepancy I'd send an email and get an immediate response, no more than two hours later, very prompt indeed. Prices are ALWAYS good if not great especially compared to other sites who rip you off. And the products are awesome as well with a wide variety of different supps. Huge array of brands too not just one or two brands to choose from!
All in all, very AFFORDABLE, FAST SHIPPING, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! That's what I need and look for in a supplier. I'll NEVER use another company, Naps is the SH**!

idk what every one complaining about i've used them many times no problem even shipped the growth over night an dry ice never had a problem i think there might be more then 1 napsgear out there thats what it looks like!

napsgear.net Great Service!!

I am reading a lot of negative reviews about napsgear on this site and I dont understand why! First off I am not way affiliated with them so im not being biased when I say they have fantastic customer service and legit products! I got my order in only 11 days! Ive put in 4 orders to the date and all have been speedy and of great quality. Customer service is always friendly and helpful so guys give them a try I promise they won't rip you off!

I ordered products spend hundreds of dollars and now response back to emails ...worst customer service ever it's been 29 days and still nothing at first told me it takes a while now no response

napsgear.net scammers

Where do I begin...I'm extremely disappointed with NapsGear customer service and their "business model". On 12/1/11 I signed up for NapsGear.net and placed an order the very next day. 3 days later go by and the MoneyGram notification letter came to my email stating the money had been picked up. Since 12/5/11 I've had nothing, but constant excuses on why the order has not been delivered. I ordered 3 simple things and the only item shipped has been my Retin A, big whoop! As of today 1/4/12 I'm now being told that my order was processed and dispatched from their warehouse, however the package has not left yet and due to the holidays their experiencing difficulties shipping. Now, I'm being told my order will not ship until 1/16/11. I am not like most people who will just sit around and wait. I paid $120 for expedited service which brought my order to $500 total. I'm not completely unreasonable the problem is that all I keep hearing and reading on sites like this are excuses. So... my question is why hasn't anyone let the cat out of the bag and told MoneyGram that this money being wired is for a business not a relative/friend? That will definitely send a very loud and clear message to NapsGear that they're customers are tired of having their money stolen right from underneath them. None of really have a clear understanding of their operation, but excuse after excuse is not acceptable. We pay a lot of money to these people and remember the currency conversion even from our weak dollar is EXTREMELY good in THEIR benefit. If they can't comply with their own standards then why should we continue helping them make money and rewarding them when they don't deserve...? I hope someone from their company is reading this and understands that we're tired of the BS and we're not going to take it anymore.

Guys I know it seems like they might be a scam when you never recieve anything, but this really isn't the case. I was in the same boat as many of you, ordered early December, Feburary came and still nothing, I thought maybe I'd been ripped off. I contacted them on the site and they informed me that there were some issues during December and looked up my order and told me it'd be sent again. Around 2 weeks later I came home to a pleasant surprise waiting for me. I ordered again and it arrived in around 2 weeks from the ship date they gave. I also received an email from them asking all customers who had outstanding orders never delivered to contact them and they'd take care of it, and have spoken to several people on bodybuilding forums who did this and they did in fact send their orders again and they recieved the 2nd time around. One thing I can tell you is that a lot of email filters block their mail, I had two other accounts under other emails and always thought they were ignoring me but they weren't, if you contact them and don't hear back, then log into support on their page and I promise you that you will see where they have replied to you. They have been around for a long time and I think it's for good reason. They do encounter problems from time to time, but we have to remember the type of business we are talking about here, things don't always go smoothly, but at the end of it they are known for always coming through and taking care of everyone who orders. If you have an order you never received, I'd advise you to contact them about, you might be surprised as to what happens.

I have had amazing experience with naps. They had some issues and was down for a while but when they came back online they re-shipped my original order and doubled it for all the trouble. All you have to do is send customer service a line and they will review your old order and make it right.

It sucks that you guys had bad experiences. I find it hard to believe that any issues you've had were not dealt with satisfactorily by CS or online reps.

I've been doing business with these guys for years and im always left happy. I will continue to support them as well.

I've been doing business with these guys for years. Along with some very good friends of mine. All of us have had very positive experiences. Any problems I have had have been handled quickly and professionally by their online customer service ad their online reps.

napsgear.net I will never use this company again as they lied to me

The money was taken out of my account on the 31/08 and they said they had dispatched it on the 05/09. I thought that was a bit of a long dispatch time but I let it go. Turns out the tracking number didn't work, so 25 minutes and a £12.50 phone bill with Yodel later it turns out that it hadn't been dispatched. It also turns out that they have the worst customer service in the entire world as the only way to contact them is to use a online form (max 300 characters) as get this. THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE. I will never use this company again as they lied to me and in the end realised they had annoyed me and sent it same day postage 3 weeks after they took the money. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Opilume I disagree with you here is a company selling enhance performance you think posting the phone number on there web is smart. That tells me how dumb you are.
Next time Ask a crack dealer to post his contact on his hood of his car.
Just another example for you idiot. I assumed you have received your. Goods by breaking your country laws ordering without a Script.

napsgear.net Stay away from these crooks

I have placed and order the beginning of June of 2011 and have been getting excuses and reasons why I haven't received my products. Don't by from them there are reviews on other sites as well just type in napsgear.net ripoff and you will see there are 100's of people that have been ripoff since March of this year.

I've have wait on products from these guys in th past, but I've alwas received what I ordered and sometimes extra for my troubles. The online customer service and reps are top notch and they've always took care of any issues I had. These guys are my go to source.

napsgear.net WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

Napsgear.net will rip you off. I got my first order but on my second order they just picked up my money from WU and then canceled my order. They will not reply to any email or messages I have sent and then banned me from their sponsored forum Juicedmuscle. Do not trust these guys. They are selective scammers and I am pissed at being ripped off and will warn everyone I can!

Do NOT order from Napsgear.net! My first order took 8 weeks to arrive but at least I got it. My second order they just picked up the money I sent and then canceled my order. I have tried emailing them, contacting them thru their support site and even thru the forum board they sponsor on juicedmuscle. No response and they even banned me from the forum...
