Order never received
I placed an order on Nov. of 2022. It’s now Feb. of 2023 and I still don’t have my flies. The order number is [protected] Placed on 2022-11-10. I’ve emailed, chatted, and submitted chat functions on their website. I keep getting strung along that the flies will be shipped next week but then there’s radio silence when I try to reach out about a tracking number. It was a really large order and I need a resolution.

Order not being sent
I made an order on this site 6 months ago and the goods have never been delivered. I have had several emails promising that the order has been dispatched numerous times but it has never arrived. Do not waste your money purchasing goods from these guys. I have emailed probably 100 times, and get the occasional reply saying that the goods will be dispatched next week, then another indicating that they are in the post and then another saying next thursday and then another... Lies, total lies. Scam at best. Its interesting that after I complain I get a load of spam for a week or so...
I'm past expecting the goods or a refund, but want others to know this site is a scam and they will not deliver.

Promised replacement flies never sent, ignores emails
This company is the worst to deal with. They won't reply to my countless emails. They sent me an order of flies originally and they were the wrong ones. They said they would send me my order and that it would be here by Christmas but it never arrived. I still haven't gotten anything and they won't respond to any of my emails. Terrible company. Don't waist your time and money.
