MyPrepaidCenter Visa Card review: Unable to use card

On1/20/2021, I tried using my prepaid Visa card at Costco. It wanted me to enter a Pin, which I did not have. I went to the MyPrepaidCenter.com website and setup a pin. I then tried using it online and again it was refused. The customer service phone number is useless as I cannot speak with a person and I am unable to solve my problem in the automated voice tree.
