Magellan Development reviews and complaints

Well, I'm sad to see the Magellan sales staff once again posting false praises about the company. It seems that Magellan promises far more than they actually deliver with preconstruction sales, and the fools who bought Aqua, Park Homes, Chandler, Regatta, Lancaster, or anything else in Lakeshore East had a nasty surprise to find that they, not Magellan, are paying special assessments to cover a bond for the 'park' that no other building in the area has to pay for. Not to mention the increased assessments to maintain the park since Magellan 'gave' it to the Park District, which is too bankrupt to maintain it themselves. Read the reviews on the Shoreham or any of their other buildings, and you'll see why you're a fool to buy preconstruction from them.
