There was no way to speak to anyone on the phone, and they were slow to answer my emails and unhelpful when they did respond. The process was very long, I was unsatisfied with the finished product. My agent and I went to Lighthouse Christian Publishing. We signed the contract with the owner and he promised to place the book on the website, as well as promote the book. After a week I tried to contact the owner, because I had some questions about the book. To my surprise, no one responded to the phone calls. I emailed him, but also no reactions. It is very strange and I am worried that he avoids me.
