I signed an agreement with Lighthouse Christian Publishing in 2018. There was no way to speak to anyone on the phone, and they were slow to answer my emails and unhelpful when they did respond. The process was very long, I was unsatisfied with the finished product. There was no follow through with the promotional services that were stated in the agreement. As well as no clear answers to my concerns during the process. I had to reinvest with a new publisher to revise and publish. They refused to refund my investment.

Desired outcome: A refund would help pay for investment in new publisher.
I paid them all I had for the process to take over half a year and then they did not edit my manuscript at all. They also couldn’t format my book which is the job of an editor. My book’s release is way behind schedule. Do NOT go through this company!
