IMVU Credits reviews and complaints

I really need my credits because I have none and there are stuff I need on imvu so what am I supposed to do now... How will I get my credits?... I feel like this is just a scam or so because they where quick for the money and I recieved nothing... I am very angry because I do not understand what is going on.. I did it three days ago and I even logged out and logged back in couple of time just to see if I would have gotten it but still nothing... I would really appreciate if you find a way to give mi my money back on the card or send me my imvu credits at guest_ishakes on imvu... Please and thanks

Bought imvu credits off them but they continously tell me they have sent them or they are having trouble sending them and when i try to talk to them on line they say can i call back later as there boss isnt there or a message comes across saying no one is avaliable at this time
