Im really hoping and praying the men of Macomb County friend of the court will join me in trying to find a way to sign a petition or send the message to the whitehouse or some higher form of authority to stop these evil women from taking everything we work hard for to OVERPAY for support of children that most men DONT EVEN GET TO SEE. Being honest, there of some of you that are not doing what u should be doing by doing the right thing and paying support. Guys dont wanna work and wanna complain that they go to jail for child support. This message dont concern u. Your on Your own and need to do the right thing. Because one way or another. The woman and her good friends and FOC will find u and get you! Now for the hard working men or thr men who cant help themselves because of disabilities, this is my concern for us. We have all made mistakes but for us that fixed the mistakes and are still be penalized for it, WE MUST TAKE ACTION! My wife and my three step kids are suffering with our bills because my ex $&#×÷! Is getting most of my money for support to a kid i seen 3 times. She is now 14. Her mother and grandmother collect all my money and keep my daughter from me. All because i was homeless for 10 years with bad habbits and have arrears of 47000 bucks. There has got to be a way to fix this. Why should she get 440 a month just because of arrears? Im beyong upset over all this and it has lead me to needing mental health. Everything in my life today is great. But my past and FOC is takimg my life from me.

Most of the individuals that work at the macomb county friend of the court aren't capable of being a telemarketer. Let me give you a brief run down on the recent series of events i've had with these people.

Today, 9 / 25 / 15, i was informed by my caseworker's secretary, nicole faulds, that they have made some kind of mistake with my case and now i supposedly owe my daughter's father $13, 170. 34. I told her this was absolute insanity and that i had done everything just as i was supposed to do. A quick glance at our actual docket would prove what i saying. Then, this arrogant, sorry excuse for a court secretary told me that "i should be grateful for the child support i did receive!" i had to inform ms. Faulds that child support is actually meant for the child but that i would be sure to pass along her heartfelt words to my toddler. Then, she informed me she didn't have anymore time for me and hung up on me.
I have never in my life been treated the way that these people have treated me. These people, especially nicole faulds, treated me like i was nothing more than garbage.
I have never been in a situation like this before and i have no idea what i'm supposed to do or where i'm supposed to turn.
I would like to say thank you to the following individuals for making our lives even harder than they already are. I'm a single mother of 2 precious little girls and we struggle every single day just to get by. Now, you've managed to make it impossible to get by.
