I had a terrible experience with this company. My family and I were left stranded in Jamaica on April 13th after the hotel we paid $7,200 to stay at turned us away because one of our children was under 18. We contacted hotelreservations because this was clearly stated on the reservation confirmation emailed to us. After being on hold, they told us that wa...

HotelReservations.com gulf coast inn reservation april 26 2019

Never refunded any amount after cancellation . Totally mislead policy on refund. Never again☠️ I have been dealing with my banks Visa card for 90 days and they are still attempting to resolve dispute .I contacted hotel general manger who actually confirmed I was due a refund based on hotel reservations policy. Based on that fact I was overcharged and still haven't received my partial credit.

HotelReservations.com misinformation

I was trying to book a reservation at Gaylord Resort in Grapevine, Texas. When I googled the resort, I was led to HotelReservations.com. When I asked the representative, Sandra, if I was contacting Gaylord directly, she indicated that I was. I asked her if there were special rates for Baylor patients. My son had had surgery earlier in the summer, and we went back on August 21 for a follow up visit with his surgeon. Because we were from out of town, I wanted to book a room at Gaylord to celebrate his progress. Sandra put me on hold and said she would "check" to see if there were any special rates. When she returned on the phone, she indicated she could provide me with an Atrium view, two Queen sized beds and free breakfast. When I checked into the hotel, they had us confirmed for one king sized bed, no Atrium view, and no breakfast. The staff at Gaylor were gracious enough, however, to honor the atrium view and two queen beds, but could not provide us with breakfast. HotelReservations.com also charged us an undisclosed service charge of $61.80 for their services. I tried to go on their website to file a complaint, but when I tried to click on "Contact Us", it would not allow me access.

HotelReservations.com bad business/overcharges

I booked an ocean front pet friendly room in Myrtle Beach. I upgraded to an ocean front pet friendly "suite" appx &30.00 more a day. I even called back 2 times to make sure ocean front pet friendly suite. Yes, yes, yes. I also called to make sure there was no additional fees for dog because there was a surcharge on my bill for $49.32. No additional charges. Well, I get to check in, 2 rooms are booked (I only booked one) and she needs my credit card for the additional $50.00 pet fee. Plus they do not have suites that are pet friendly. I know its not there fault so I check in. I call hotelreservations.com and get nothing but a bunch of excuses and bull (this is after I hold for 10 minutes). Needless to say no partial refund in offered. Absolutely nothing. DO NOT EVER USE hotelreservations.com. Complete ripoff.
