Hard Rock Stage Productions reviews and complaints
Fake and harassing
I ordered a signed guitar, they sent me a tracking number which to this day it says "tracking not found" I ordered this 2 months ago, never received. I emailed the company five times before they got back to me. I finally got a refund a month after ordering. Now two months after ordering the company is flooding me with emails asking for the refund back! even though I never got the guitar and they acknowledge I never got the guitar. Most unprofessional business I have come across.

I am very upset and regret doing business with such an unreliable company
I bought a guitar from them two weeks ago and it still has not come in. I'm not sure how long shipping should take, but when I sent an e-mail asking, there was no reply. I just sent another e-mail. I would just like a phone number. I want to speak with an actual person about this. Does anyone know how to contact these people? I am very upset and regret...

Purchased autographed guitar from this company. Ordered guitar on Aug. 24/09, received Sept. 3/09. Paid appropriate insurance for shipping mishaps. Company was not diligent in providing paperwork for claim to be paid so guitar could be repaired in time for christmas as intended. When questioned, just got the run around. Owner refused to contact, only Ashley would respond despite the fact that I requested someone higher up in the company. Ashley hindered my ability to get guitar repaired in a timely fashion, as she did not submit appropriate paperwork promptly. It is Dec. 18, 2009 and I still do not have permission to have it repaired. Not acceptable. Nobody from company will contact me. Website does not provide a phone number.

Bought an autographed guitar from them and am starting to wonder if I got ripped off. I really hope not
From Hard Rock Stage Productions: Guitar did arrive to Canada with damage from the post office. When contacted by buyer, we submitted all claim info to the post office. As this was an international claim, it takes much longer than a domestic claim. We had to wait for an approval from the usps before they would mail the form. After that all paperwork has to be mailed back and forth from the US to Canada before the guitar can even be examined and then further investigated to find out if they caused the damage. The whole process takes time. We tried to explain this to the buyer, but she refused to accept this and kept demanding we go to the post office and get it settled now. We can't control the United States Postal Service! Unfortunately, speaking with the owner will not make an insurance claim move any faster either. Buyer was also upset with us for mailing the claim form instead of faxing it. We were told by usps that they would not accept a fax of the original mailing receipt and that it had to be mailed with the claim form. Buyer was never given the "run around" and we did not "hinder" her ability to get it fixed. This was all caused by USPS rules. We did everything we could to make it go as quickly as possible and answered all questions, so these statements are untrue. Claim was finally approved and the damage was repaired.
