Had great time during my vacations through Gold Ball Group, the information they gave me was accurate and very precise. I had customer service available when I wanted to know more about the holiday promotion I was trying to buy.in general it was a good experience although the hotel we were staying in had too many guests and that seemed to stress us out. Other than that we recommend this service fully.
vacation package
Purchased this vacation package from Gold Ball Group, 6 day 5 night all inclusive for 2 adults and 2 children, to Karisma Azul Fives or Azul Sensatori or Azul Beaches in Riviers Mayan and also a 5 day 4 night trip to Orlando. I have been trying to contact them to make reservations and went directly to a voice mail, so I left a message. I actually called and left messages on 4 different voice mail boxes and now when I call all the voice mail boxes are full. I can't get ahold of anyone now. I even got a confirmation letter.
never give your money to this company
I trusted Gold Ball Group and it was a big mistake. Never give your money to this company. They will use your credit card for their needs and they will never give the thing you ordered. Don’t want to be someone scammed like me. Stay away at all costs!
