nonpayment for services rendered
I have done 25 BPOs for this company since August of 2011. They owe me over $1200 to date. Several of the orders were rush orders and at least an hour away, for which I was assured I would be paid promptly. To date, I have sent numerous emails, and have gotten no response. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and my next will be with the Federal Trade Commission.

I have completed over 100 Broker Price Opinions for this company and its clients. They currently owe me $1, 990 for work completed in March and $720 for work completed in April. I have completed approximately 35 to 40 jobs for these folks and I can't get through to anyone to get paid. No one takes responsibility for this situation and they say they will pass it on to their manager. It has been 6 months, this is ridiculous. What options do I have to get payment?
