Evaluation Solutions nonpayment for services rendered

I have done 25 BPOs for this company since August of 2011. They owe me over $1200 to date. Several of the orders were rush orders and at least an hour away, for which I was assured I would be paid promptly. To date, I have sent numerous emails, and have gotten no response. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and my next will be with the Federal Trade Commission.

I have completed approximately 35 to 40 jobs for these folks and I can't get through to anyone to get paid. No one takes responsibility for this situation and they say they will pass it on to their manager. It has been 6 months, this is ridiculous. What options do I have to get payment?

Evaluation Solutions Scam and cheating!

I have completed over 100 Broker Price Opinions for this company and its clients. They currently owe me $1, 990 for work completed in March and $720 for work completed in April. My many inquiries have gone straight to voicemail and the email address in the voicemail has returned no answer in over a week. On their website they publish that payment will be sent in 7-14 days after order completion. No one at the company will accept responsibility for accounts payable.

I personally know of may other agents who have had nothing but trouble receiving payment from Evaluation Solutions for their services. A few have not received payment for jobs completed since July of 2007!

Someone needs to light a fire under this company. Good, hardworking people are completing a service and are receiving none of the pay due under contract.

I have done BPO’s for this company since 2010 and got p aid for the first two. I kept doing them totaling 33, however I was also doing BPO’s for other companies and totally forgot to keep track of payment from EVALUATION SOLUTIONS.

To this day they owe me $1595.00. I spoke with several people when called to do a BPO for them and they keep saying “I will email accounting and they should get back to you within one week”.

Nothing.

I complained several more times and to no avail.

I have stopped doing BPO’s for them even though they keep calling me.

Never again will I do any more reports for them!

Not a legit. co. at all, have been owed many pastdue payments for up to 2 years, havent worked with the at all in 2012. They have a great scam, push off complaints to people up the line whos voice mails are always full. Cant believe that co's like this still operate, they still ask me to complete orders and I tell them yes and dont do them, calls come and I ask for extension and still dont complete, please everyone that I have read compaints from do the same, lets get their production slowed way down!somehow we all need to get the banks that hire them to see the situation.Rest assured someone where their offices are at will find out were the owners live, Id like to be there!

I just got an email from Evaluation Solutions says...they are no longer in business.

It's my understanding that evaluation solutions is now shut down. Sorry that none of you will get paid. The only reason I was paid a few years ago is because I i live in Jacksonville and was able to go sit in their office and wait them out. Sorry.

Something needs to change with this company. I have been paid but it takes 4 months. They jerk the orders once you have completed them and fight with you about what you submit. I have done quit a few BPOs for different companies and they are the worst.

Welcome to the world of scammers and this company is a scamming company. I have completed several BPO's for them with no pay. I fight them everytime. The people that assign the orders say they will check into the past due orders-but never do. I have emailed 5 times with no response. They called me the other day and wanted to give me 10 orders. I said no, find another sucker to do your dirty work. If I don't get paid, I am taking legal action after the company and would like everyone to join in in a class action lawsuit against this company. ALL AGENTS MUST NOT DO ORDERS FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL THEN HAVE TO SHUT DOWN. I Have a list of companies that do not pay and I do not work for them anymore.

I received payment two weeks after contacting lcarter@evalonline.net So all of you that have not received payment contact this person. It worked for me and several other people. Evaluation Solutions calls me about every two days and they ask me to do a BPO. I tell them due to the fact I had to fight for the money I earned I have no desire to do work for a company like that. Thanks to this forum I am paid in full. Thanks everyone!

Wow! And to think I was just about to go to a Customer SVC Job Interview with this company TODAY! Fortunately, another interview with a Pest Control Company, for my TRUE profession - Accts Receivable - came up TODAY as well, so I called and told EvalSol Rep that I would be going to that interview instead. I do look into companies that I interview with and it is just crazy I came upon these complaints by you all. Florida has a LOT of SCAM/FRAUD companies. I experienced it a couple years ago just looking for a dam job, but did not lose anything before my SCAM antenna pinged, and I was able to avoid it. EvalSol is only 20 minutes away from me. I hope you all get your PROPS from these...well, SCAMMERS, now that I have seen these comments. I suggest you all band together and make them PAY! BTW, I was REFERRED to this company by a State Employment Office - WORKSOURCE! But in their defense, they do include BEWARE OF SCAMS/FRAUD in their online-disclaimer, so they too, are aware of SCAMMERS but may not have been aware of this company, as of yet. The POWER of the INTERNET! Good luck, folks! Use ALL legal means to force them to PAY UP! I used to represent a California Computer-Sales company in Small Claims cases as the A/R Rep. WON them ALL, but still, you have to pursue collections, if people/companies don't pay. Successful 70% of the time, or less. It's still tuff, even after adjudication.

Thank you! I emailed the three people mentioned above and I got a reply from lcarter@evalonline.net ...says they will process by check tomorrow. I will keep you posted if I receive it. Wish I would have checked on here sooner.

I am very sad that I did not check for reviews before completing an extensive BPO for these people. I had to have it done in 24 hours, and its been 4 months and I still have not received payment. I have been trying for the past month to get a reply to my phone calls and emails and no reply yet. I just emailed the three people listed above and I am hoping to hear from someone. I will be filing a complaint which is crazy to have to take my time that I am not getting pay for in order to get paid for work I have done.
