After installation on both a desktop and laptop the same problems occurred on both. Avanquest customer support has been non-existent. I have never been contacted despite numerous complaints. Calling tech support is even worse as they refuse to admit it might be the product, always saying that it is a computer problem (same problem on both) and refusing to offer help in any way. I have used this product and updates for four years and now this. Bad, bad people.

Horrible interaction with staff (won't call them customer support, because they certainly don't!)
I'm in the UK. I don't know where there staff are. Probably on some foreign holiday. They certainly 'ain't in the office 'cos no one ever answers a phone for sales! How do they stay in business?
From someone trying to spend money
I have lodged several complaints with Avanquest's PowerDesk Pro-7 only to receive negative responses from Tech Support. Their basic response is, "It will take a code rewrite to fix this problem." Well; Duh! Rewrite the code and put out a good product instead of crappy code.
