A dress
I accidentially ordered a dress by accident, its not even my size, and there is no number to call or email to contact this company. My funds have been taken out of my account, when I tried all ways to find how to cancel. I found it gives you this little note section to send a note, but they dont get back to you for 24 to 72 hours, by then its too late the product is mailed. Then you have to pay more money to ship back. No one to talk to. I am filing a claim with my bank. I lost my job that is all the money I have till the end of May, when my unemployment kicks in.
Desired outcome: Refund
Where's my refund?
I absolutely hate that there is no phone number to call for customer service! I can't login to my account, very frustrating dealing with this company. I want someone to email me back!
