Redeeming Rewards
This is my first time to try to redeem rewards since the method has changed. I cannot make it work. I have sent correspondence thru their web site and received replies but no action has been taken. Have sent replies to their replies but not even sure they are receiving as I get no feedback. Now I cannot log in to my account as if I have been blocked. Any help would be appreciated.

Redeem rewards problem
I tried to redeem rewards points and was told that I needed to download a picture ID to do so. I have had accouts for a number of years and nevee was asked this before. I still want to redeem my reward points and cannot get an answer with out paying to join some chat box. How do I get in touch with some one who will help me with out costing me money or compromising my personal information
Desired outcome: I would like a response.
Survey site that suspends accounts and earnings can't be redeemed
Been a member of e-rewards site for 10 years and currently have Diamond status. I had $593 I had accumulated, spending countless hours earning them and I am not able to redeem any. I have never had any issues with my account and then just recently they suspended my account for no valid reason.
