unauthorized charge on bank card
When I opened my bank statement about 30 minutes ago, I saw a charge to your company for $64.99. I did not order anything from your company. In fact, I have no idea what you sell. I have talked with customer service at my bank and I am filing a fraud charge for this purchase. I expect $64.99 to be deposited back into my account immediately. I will expect acknowledgement of this complaint to be sent to my e-mail address above immediately.

Unauthorized charge
I renewed my Norton and paid for a year. Then today (2/2010) I had another charge for $34.99 on my debit card. I will never use norton again! Now I am also sceptical to pay anything on line!

Hi! I have received a charge on my credit card that was not suppost to be issued. I have not bought anything from the company and yet they have taken an amount of money off to charge it to my bank account. Is there any way I can take legal action against this company? I know that I'm not the only person sending in a complaint about this. If you can help me I would greatly apreciate it. Thank you. If I don't hear back from you I will submitt a complaint to the BBB on behalf of this companies's illegal business actions.

Charged for something not ordered
Well looks like I am another victim of the "SEMANTICS" of this company.
What gives? There are numerous complaints against these people and yet they keep on doing the same "deja vue" all over again.
Recently I renewed my Norton 360 Security Program, which I think is excellent, and sure enough the next day there was a charge on my credit card for the same amount for some mysterious something. The same kind of stuff that I have been reading here. Have anyone gotten this issue resolved somehow in a satisfactory way? Please advise.

Charged twice for Norton renewal
When my Norton protection package was due to expire I tried to inform them of a change of credit card but I was unable to get past the error message. The result was that I arranged to pay as though I was a new customer. This also failed so I exited the site before authorising the payment. Subsequently, the Norton site allowed me to update my information and my payment was made.
I now find that Dri*Symantec have charged my card with the amount £44.99.
I am contacting my card provider in order to recover this amount.

I have recently re-ordered my annual Norton Anti-Virus programme

Charge on debit card
Was just checking my online banking and discover and authorized charge for $69.98. The charged posted on my bank statement and has this webb address that charge me this fee. How ironic that this a scam site. I have not bought anything from DRI*symantec HP Mo wwww.myord.comHM. I am clueless to whom I contact that is running this site promoting "post your complaint for scam and rip off" . Can someone please contact me on how this site is tied to a charge on my debit. Also, I don't have a category because my complaint is this site! You charged a fee but what did I buy from you? I have never heard of this site until your webb address showed up on my bank statement!

We have had a very untrustworthy book keeper and I have found that on 16OCT08 there was a charge of $99.99 from DRI*SYMANTEC and another of $1.50 NAB International Transaction Fee.
If you could please credit the card that this was taken from or contact me when you receive this notification it would be greatly appreciated.
We, at Mount Garnet Transport, do not use any software, items or goods from Dri*Symantec and don't even know what this company has to offer.

EVEN THOUGH I HAD UPDATED MY CREDIT CARD INFO BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE, THEY STILL DID NOT PROVIDE MY UPDATED FIREWALL PROGRAM. ONCE AGAIN, I UPDATED MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FIRE WALL PROGRAM, BUT REFUSED TO DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM TO MY COMPUTER. Drisymantec sent a reminder to my computer notifying me that my renewal was due. They gave their name as symantec. As i was covered by norton symantec and had an automatic renewal i ignored their first reminder but they persisted and kept telling me iwas not covered. Unfortunately i gave them my details and renewed with them. On receiving my bank statement today i see that i have paid twice i now realise it was a scam and would be grateful if you could investigate and try to stop anyone else getting caught

I ordered Norton Antivirus for may home computer and paid for same via VISA. Upon receiving my bill, I noted that you have charged me three (3) times whereas I should only have to pay $129.97. I do not need three antivirus software for one computer. Will you please correct and let me know when you have done so.

I tried to download anti virus as mine had ran out. I didn't get the anti virus but when i got my bank statement, you had taken £54.99 out. I want to know why this was taken and want it back as its a lot of money especially when i don't have anything to show for it.

I just wanted to let you know that visa, and maybe mastercard will refund you the illegal post, and will chase them for you. I know that visa will, as you are kind of protected by using visa. Phone mastercard and see if they have a similar protection plan. In the past, I had an illegal charge, and visa refunded me, and they took care of the frauders... best of luck to you
