I ordered the charger online - and I did not know they were in Hong Kong as well. I waited 10 days for the charger and when it came, it was a mess - I knew it was refurbished but this thing looked like it came out of a dumpster. Plugged it in and tried numerous batteries, including a brand new one and the charger did not work.

The charger was purchased on July 22 and arrived at our place on August 2.
I reached out the Cross Ocean Electronics on August 6 stating I would like a replacement and did hear back from them in a few days stating they would replace it. They assured me they would replace it and I would not need to return the one that did not work.

I got an email on August 15, stating it was just sent out and it will take 5 - 12 days to deliver! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? After screwing around this long, I would have purchased a new one from Home Depot!

I ordered a lithium-polymer battery (expensive) and I got a lithium-ion battery (cheap).
I did not get the bill. The quality of the battery is very poor. I got the battery after two months (they promised 10% less for being late - It was a lie). It is sent from China. The price difference between batteries is about 100%.
For a company it is not a problem. Selina just apologizes and promises discount - only.
The company CROSS OCEAN ELECTRONIC CO., LTD is a big crook. Don't keep his word!
They are scammers.
