I ordered two extra large dog beds from "so-called company" on 2/17/20 in the amount of $17.99 and, to date, have not yet received them. I believe I, along with thousands of other people from what I have read, have been scammed by this company. I would appreciate having this looked into, at a minimum, or would like to receive a full refund on this order. Any assistance in this matter you could give me would be greatly appreciated! They say their website is "currently unavailable due to maintenance and will be available shortly." Lol!

Mybigcommerce continues to "rent" their domain name to thieves. Our facebook group was sent an advertisement to purchase gift cards "that people no longer wanted or needed" at 20% off. One of us did the small one.. and we made sure that carnival accepted it... Then between us, we purchased over 4000.00 worth of them. We all placed them on our accounts... 2 days before our cruise... carnival removed them and explained that the cards were reported as being purchased with stolen credit card numbers. Paypal has refused to refund any money, stating only that the seller stated "there was money on them when I sold them". They refuse to give us any more information. We will continue to pursue this all the way to court.
