Concept vacation club Cancellation

On successive marketing pressure, we signed a contract in 2005 with Concept Vacation representative in Iran paying a large sum.
We have not so far taken advantage of the services which was due to personal circumstances. In 2011 we wrote to Concept Vacation asking that our contract be terminated and the remaining fund be reimbursed to us. The request was made in accordance with the contract in which in the event of cancellation, 10% of total purchase price will be deducted and the remaining sum will be paid back duly. It was indicated that it would take 20 weeks to settle the account. N
Having contacted Concept Vacation, so far nothing has been done about their contractual responsibilities. This is totally unsatisfactory and we are not happy with the treatment.
