Cellsure Not paying out on a claim

Good Day, I have two contracts with Vodacom, I got a Samsung Galaxy J1 as an upgrade on my cell contract no. [protected]. This phone was insured and I still remember confirming the insurance with Cellsure after it was delivered. It was delivered by Chatz, Brightwater Commons on 4/07/2015 to my address in the Helderkruin area in Roodepoort. I gave this phone to my son and the phone was stolen. I phoned Cellsure last week, Tuesday 3/11/2015 and they claim that the policy was stopped because I cancelled it, which I did not, they cannot provide proof that I cancelled it and the call centre agent said that perhaps it was cancelled because I didn't pay the monthly contract one month? This is absolute nonsense because both my contracts come off a debit order on my bank account and I have never had a returned debit on my account and I can prove it. I feel as if they are trying everything in their power not to pay this claim

Cellsure My phone was lost and cellsure said they cannot cover me as I used different sim card

My phone was lost and cellsure said they cannot cover me as I used different sim card. I have upgraded phone and changed my particulars but mtn did not update or inform me that I am not allowed to use other sim card. The manager said is not their duty to notify me on the condition of cover or anything. I should read my contract. She did even want to investigate with mtn and not interested on helping be but saying they will not return any money. That is how they make money on consumer by selling product that they dont give information on. Overall is cellsure does not care for their client. As long as they get the money.
