I was sold GE dishwasher which gave problem since day one, When i complained they did not want to be bothered. Aftter many complaints to manager, they sent the installers who also agreed that dishwasher was no good. so when I told them to send me another dishwasher of similar brand and size, they said that THIS DISHWASHER is dioscontinued and i should select from what they have in store. they were pushing to buy expensive brand of another company which was "Bosch" and insisted i must pay the difference in price. since the model i was given was discontinued and i can not get the same kind or brand which can fit in my kitchen.i visited many times to see If i can get same size appliance. then i had to go to Canada. When i came back I found dishwasher is not even starting. so i went to remind them that i am supposed to get a replacement.; then i found out there was an authorization for replacement which i never knew and they reported to GE that the dishwasher was replaced which is not true.. and got full credit which i never knew.
I STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL AND I NEVER KNEW OR INFORMED ABOUT AUTHORIZATION OF GETTING NEW DISHWASHER..
THEY ALSO REPORTED THE COMPANY THAT DISHWASHER WAS REPLACED FALSIFYING EVERYTHING TO GET THE FULL CREDIT.
THEY SOLD ME DISCONTINUED MODEL TO ME WHICH WAS NOT WORKING(MAY BE I RECEIVED RETURNED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER).
I PROTEST THIS VERY STRONGLY. I CONSIDER AS A FRAUD, COLLECTING CREDIT FROM GE AND NEVER DID ANY REPLACEMENT OF THIS PROBLEM DISWASHER. I NEED THE DISHWASHER WHICH WORKS AND I AM WASHING ALL THE DISHES MANUALLY WITHOUT USING THIS DISHWASHER.. I BOUGHT THIS DISHWASHER FOR MY CONVENIENCE. .IT IS GIVING ME HEADACHE NOW.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWE'S AND I WILL PUT THIS LEWTTER ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER TO SHOW THE PEOPLE HOW FRAUD IS COMMITED BY THE COMPANY LIKE LOWE'S.I ALSO NEED TO SEE MY LAWER FOR FRADDRESS OF GE WGHERE I CAN FILE COMPLAINT EVEN THOUGH I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES. THEY JUST WANT ME TO KEEP THIS DISHWASHER AND GET IT REPAIRED AND FORGET ABOUT ALL THE AGRRAVATIONI AM HAVING..AUD.
MR. RON ASCHER WAS THE SALESPERSON. CURRENTLY MR. ZACK IS WORKING ON THIS PROBLEM THEY ARE JUST TALKING ABOUT GIVING THE SERVICE AND FIX THE DISHWASHER WHICH I DON'T LIKE. I SHOULD BE GIVEN A NEW DISHWASHER AND SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL THE TROUBLES I AM GOING THROUGH.
LOWE'S WILL NOT GIVE ME THE PAPERS WHICH THEY COMMUNICATED WITH GE NOR THEY GIVE ME PHONE NUMBER OR

While using a GE Dishwasher Model PDW8280J03SS, serial # GH74992B, I deeply cut a finger when opening the dishwasher. I gently felt around where the injury occurred but could not locate anything that may have caused the cut. A bit of antibiotic salve and a band-aid is being used to help it heal. This occurred on 10/16/06. I do not expect there to be any complications. Please imnvestigate to inform customers of the danger and provide a fix.
