I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter's birthday in September 2024, it was supposed to be shipped by October 2024. In November we have still not received the jeans, I spoke to customer service several times and they assured me each time that the package was on its way. The postal strike started end of November 2024 in Canada and revise instead of finding an alternate mode of transportation just like every other company I ordered from did, decided to just hold on to it until the postal strike was over. The postal strike ended 2 weeks ago and the jeans have still not arrived. The trading is showing it's on it's way and customer service just like for the past 3 month are also assuring me it's on its way. I will never ever from this company again. What a scam!

You won’t get them. I had to call PayPal and they got my money back for me. Their customer service is terrible. We ordered jeans at the beginning of December. They kept saying they were shipping. They never did and I got a full refund. It appears they only give jeans to influencers and people that advertise for them, but they’re taking peoples money and not shipping out product. They actually told me that they were custom-made for each person which is a complete lie. I had to laugh when I got that email, but do a charge back or if you paid with PayPal, they’ll get your money back instantly. It’s a horrible way to do business. I don’t know what they’re thinking.
