Order #[protected]. Purchased a guitar amplifier from Reverb on 8-11-23. This was listed as new. I received the amplifier in used/damaged condition. The cabinet was dented and dirty. The tolex has wear - the gold back panel is damaged. The chasis is bent and damaged + the amplifier has electronic issue. I messaged the seller who later admitted he used the amplifier for personal use and at some point it was dropped. I contacted reverb support multiple times. I finally received a message stating that I could receive a full refund. I responded to the agent with all requested information with no response. I contacted customer support with nothing but excuses
Desired outcome: I want a return shipping label and full refund as promised. It's been 2 weeks with zero support
