You have my old phone cell number locked in your system under [protected]@yahoo.com WITH current phone number. I am trying to redeem rewards and states add phone number. I HAVE over 10 times. Error wrong phone number! The cell number is in yahoo and gmail and locking up. CANNOT add it. it already exists under an old phone number and new one. All I did was change my email which works. FAILER to add my correct cell number.
Claimed loss: lost money
Desired outcome: [protected]@GMAIL.COMCORRECT PHONE NUMBER IS [protected]. I AM STUCK WILL NOT ADD TILL YOU DELETE OLD PHONE NUMBER. DOES NOT GIVE ME THE OPTION. UNLESS I LOG OUT WITH MY NEW EMAIL AND LOSE REWARDS.
