RetailMeNot review: Cash back

Just like several other customers they are prolonging my cash back for no reason whatsoever. I supposed to have received it yesterday. The representative name is Paige. She always ask me to verify the purchase after it has already been verified. I verified it today several times and she basically ignored me and didn't give me my cash back. Then i tried to submit a ticket over the web and was blocked. This company needs to be sued for bad business practices. Im also filing a complaint with Cfpb.Gov and my Attorney General. This is ridiculous.
