Resortcom International review: Awesome servicing company

Cathy and I have been members of Club Caribe (now part of TAFER) and also TAFER, with a contract for each, since 2014. ResortCom is the servicing company for TAFER (and Villa side) that handles reservations and loans on behalf of the developer. They are based in Las Vegas, but also have a newer office in Mexico. I have had 4 loans and 22 reservations that ResortCom has impeccably dealt with, each and every time! I understand that they have increased the staff recently to coincide with the increasing number of TAFER/Villa members. A good indicator on the developer's vision for expansion and luxury vacations. I can attest to the fact that ResortCom staff have always been very polite, timely, and great in responding to by inquiries on bookings and the loan stuff. Be rest assured that ResortCom very much cares about ensuring we can book our time purchased when we want. My recommendation is to book as soon as you can as some resorts are very popular during peak seasons. Hence my only complaint is that I wish I had the means to be able to use ResortCom more often.
