Borrowed money from Liberty1 Financial and was happy with the rates and simple process. I was hesitant as I didnt think i would have all the required paperwork and financial records most banks require but it was the opposite. Most of the work was done on the phone and online. I never had to go to their office, all virtual which was a plus. Especially with Covid and everything shutting down. I'm very happy Liberty1 Financial is around.

I called Liberty1 Financial for a loan after trying to obtain funds at ***. *** declined me after having me send over every document you can possible imagine plus more! It took *** 2 months to decline me (waste of time). Liberty1 Financial took 2-3 business days to fund and had a fraction of the information and paperwork required to apply for a loan than Wells Fargo. I am overly happy working with Liberty1 Financial!

We own a restaurant and my father assigned me with finding us a loan to consolidate a few smaller loans we have into a lower payment. I called around a few places and honestly felt the most comfortable moving forward with Liberty1 Financial. I felt like they gave me real answers and none of their responses to my questions were trying to influence the sale at all. I was happy with the overall service and outcome and recommend giving them a try.

What a wonderful experience working with Liberty1 Financial. Todd really held my hand and walked me through the full process and really took his time explaining everything to me. I haven't really borrowed money before besides our cars and house. So it was something new and different for me but Todd really really was a sweetheart and was genuine and really cared for me. He got me setup with a great offer and I am happy with everything provided by Liberty1 Financial!

Mary was amazing! I know when you call into a company the people that answer are at random and you never know if you will talk to someone nice or someone that doesn't really care. If the employee hired at Liberty1 Financial are like Mary than you guys have more than an amazing staff! She really took her time with me and not once was I pressured or talked down to. I am not the most familiar with financial things but I am very pleased with her work and am happy to be a client of Liberty1 Financial!

I am always a little hesitant working with Financial companies online but after doing a little research and talking to a couple of different employees (multiple random calls) I felt very comfortable applying and working with Liberty1 Financial. The 2 people I spoke with both sounded very smart and knowledgeable about their products. I also didn't feel like I was being mislead. I applied and had an approval the same day. But the most important part besides the customer service was the actual offer. I am very happy with everything.

I reached out to Liberty1 Financial not knowing what really to expect but knew I needed a loan. I wasn't sure if I would even qualify as I have a few things on my credit that I thought would disqualify me but the rep I was talking to said those shouldn't play too big of a factor and I have a high chance of getting an approval. The same day I applied, I received an approval offer and was very very excited. I signed all the required paperwork electronically and received funding a day or 2 later. Very easy process and happy with the experience.

I constantly receive prequalified mailers from many different companies and have always just thrown them away. But this time they caught me at the right time and I was curious to see what Liberty1 Financial offered. They explained the process and what they look at when making decisions and we decided that my information looked so I applied. Application process was very easy and quick. They had an answer for me within a few hours of submitting my paperwork and the offer looked pretty good. I decided to move forward and am happy I did. Everything was very smooth and I am now a happy customer.

Liberty1 Financial really came through for me! I am a single mother with 2 kids and was in the middle of moving and had 3 things happen in life, back to back to back and really felt overwhelmed financially. I wasn't sure what or where I was going to get help from. My cousin suggested I give Liberty1 a call which I did. Rochelle L helped me get setup with loan options and really did a great job in helping me keep calm and I am blessed to have called and worked with Rochelle. I was approved and funded and am happily moved into my new home and resolved the issues that occurred. Feeling very Blessed!

I had an excellent experience and I wanted to share this with everyone. They are very informative, patient and empathetic especially during these uncertain times. Most of the time when you are in a situation like this, the people on the other end assume you just mishandled your finances and got into debt but Todd and his team were different. They listened to my financial issues and said that he was not going to stop until he was able to find a resolution to my financial needs. Whilst being said, they offered me a great solution to end this insanity and I can't be more grateful for everything they've done.

Rochelle L is ultimately the best thing that ever happened to our family! She was an angel sent to us. With all this pandemic happening everything is uncertain and we don't know what's going to happen the next day.Thank god we opened the mailer from Liberty1 and changed everything. Rochelle answered all our questions and explained to us everything under the sun. It was like talking to a friend who cares about what's really going to happen to us financially after 3-5 years. I never felt so comfortable with moving forward with our future and would definitely recommend them for everyone looking for a low rate loan that would help them consolidate all credit card debt. I was in a stressful place with the bills that I owed. No way to get out of debt. No one to reach out to until I contacted Liberty1 Financial and spoke with Rochelle Leonti. She is an absolute savior for me. Personable, professional, compassionate and made me feel so good. She is definitely an asset to your company. I am always calling her when I need a warm and fuzzy feeling just to make sure that I have done the right thing. She assures me that I have and brings me back down to Earth. I am so grateful that I reached out to Liberty and Rochelle especially. Her customer service skills are awesome and she should be recognized for these qualities. Good customer service is hard to find in this crazy world today. You should be thankful for her everyday. She’s the BOMB! Thank you Rochelle and Liberty Financial.

I was very happy and impressed with the service provided by Liberty1 Financial and how they handled my situation. I originally called 3 months ago and was just inquiring on how the loan process is and whats required, etc. I wasn't ready to apply yet. My rep would call me once a month and ask if I was ready or still interested and I let them know not yet. They never pressured me, just followed up. The third month I actually called them back and was ready to get the loan process started. Their patients and not constantly calling me trying to get me to take a loan is a big reason I decided to apply with Liberty1 Financial. They consulted me in the beginning and spent time with me even though I made it clear I wasn't ready to apply yet. They asked me if it was ok to follow up every month or so just to check in rather than just called me 3 or 4 times a month etc.

I received a pre screened offer in the mail. I googled them to try to confirm if they are truly loan provider or if they are debt relief under guise of loan provider. I could not find information to confirm or deny, just 100% 5 star raving reviews which is not realistic. They also only opened in 2020. However I went to their site and entered my pre screen code and then the screen said I needed to call a number to complete the application - extremely odd. Within minutes I had a text from a Diane C providing again the number for me to call her or she said she would be calling me. I texted back and asked if they are debt relief or truly loan because my credit score and DTI is not great and no one else has been willing to approve me , and is this a soft or hard credit inquiry. She responded saying we would have to discuss by phone. I call her, no answer, leave a voicemail, no call back. I text her twice more and she has never responded again. Something about all of this seems very suspicious.

We were doing some remodeling to our current home and ran into a few issues with permits from the city. They wanted us to remove some of the additions that the previous owner built on the property which they didn't have permits for and was not part of the zoning guidelines. Unfortunately we didn't budget for the big headache we ran into and needed some additional capital in order to do what the city was requesting ( what a huge unneeded headache). I remember seeing advertisements for Liberty1 Financial, so I looked them up and did my diligence before giving them a call. Everything looked good online, so I called and spoke to Jeanette Preston (very nice lady by the way). She answered all my questions (I kind of grilled her poor lady, but wanted to make sure I was speaking to a legitimate company) and after speaking with my husband decided to apply. It was really easy and quick and the rate worked for us after doing our math and plugging in the numbers. Happy to work with Liberty1 and Jeanette. I'll definitely use them in the future if ever needed!
