Thank you Republic Tax and especially Jennifer and Steve for getting my tax fixed with the IRS. I wasnt able to find help anywhere to get my taxes filed the last few years because everything was either shut down or they werre too busy. I calle d republic and they really took care of me. They were able to get my business filings up to date and my personal taxes figured out. By doing that, i was able to apply and get some needed relief for my business with the covid money. Huge help and kept me from going under. they were even able to assist me with some of the forms that i needed to submit. Just a blessing to have come accross them and help me in this extremley stressful time for me. Jennifer was very patient and calm with me and put me at ease, which was just what i needed. Steve told it to my exaclty the way it is, no sugar coating, which is what i like and needed in a time like this. I didnt want to be BS'ed and I got through this all roses in the end. I filed a claim a few months ago that I owed the STINKING IRS, in the amount of approximately $5000. I was was hoping to totally eliminate this debt or at least scale down or reduce the amount. But of course that didn't happen. Then I was told by one of the representatives that an amount $225.00 one time payment to the STINKING IRS as a setup fee or something, would be waived if I chose another option that was offered so of course I chose not to have to pay that $225.00. I mean who wouldn't if they didn't have to?! So then I was told that I had to pay them $100.00 a month debited from my checking account. The full amount of more than $5000. Then I receive a letter from the STINKING IRS in the amount of $225 setup fee,which I don't have! Then after that $100.00 a month. The Republic Tax Relief representative seemed like she didn't give a rat's tail about whether things worked out for me or not, I guess as long as she got her commission or whatever it is that they receive when signing up clients. But I am totally not happy with the outcome of my case with this company! At all!

I worked with Jessica and my attorney was Ben. I have nothing but rave comments about these two. I spent the last six years wondering how this tax issue snowballed into what it is and in a few short months, Republic Tax was able to find a fix for all of it. I now settled everything for under a few thousand dollars for something that was overwhelming and i could no longer handle. The final straw was when my boss told me I was about to get a garnishment on my paycheck that would crush me. I called Republic immediately after hearing an ad on the radio and they stopped the garnishment before it went live. I could not believe it! So, the next part they went into settling with the IRS. So it seemed like forever and I was on pins and needles but i never worried and Jessica made me feel so at ease the entire time. My suggestion to anyone doing this or reading my comments to stay patient and give the team what they need. It lasted a while but its well worth the money and effort. My experience with this company could not have been more successful. I've been dealing with this nagging issue for some time. I called Republic tax after seeing them on the internet and found that they were highly rated and so many good reviews. I called and spoke to a man that went over my history and what the company does. I didnt feel pressured which I sort of expected. I went forward and immediately there were a lot of people involved. I was taken back on how many part to this process there really was. After speaking to my case manager Alyssa, she really put my mind at ease and i just went with the flow. Normally I was a nervous wreck when it came to this sort of stuff and its bothered me forever but I just let them take over. In 6 months, this is finally over. I dont owe the IRS a dime now and I just have to file and not owe and the old stuff is gone. I'm surprised that they made it so easy. From the 1st day, your company took over, I literally felt like a patient at a hospital just watching it all happening, hoping it would save my business. We have operated a family restaurant for over 50 years and the thought of losing it along with my Family's history, of good and bad times were confronted. I thought for sure i was going to get screwed by the IRS and after calling these Republic Tax for some help, they just put my mind at ease and stopped my tailspin. THANK YOU, THANK YOU! These three really got me in a good place to just sit back and trust them with the hardest thing i have ever gone up against in my life. I lost my home completely in Hurricane Harvey and going up against the IRS felt like the same sort of headwind. I was spent and just tired of the back and forth. I knew if I didnt get help, then this would last forever and not end well for me. I called Republic and they just took over. They delivered on everything they promised. I was able to get out of this with a tax bill reduced by over 90% and all done in under a year without them threatening to take all my stuff over and over. this is all new to me, the tax dealings. this lady called me several times asking about my back taxes and i explained that i dont know how to file any taxes. she explained to me what the cost would be for them to get started and offered me a 2 part payment plan. i am a single dad with a special needs daughter and was between jobs, this lady calls me again and i decided to give them a try, they took the first payment and said the next payment would be due by the 15th and they should have information for me before then. so on the 15th i didnt hear nothing back from them, on the 16th i get a call and the lady spoke to me saying that they have my information and talked about how she was out of the office on the 15th. she continued to talk about basic stuff then came the pitch/reason for the call. "we werent able to collect the second payment, it was declined by your bank". but of course it was, i thought, you expect me to continue to give you money when you cant explain to me whats going on? its almost like theyre holding the info for ransom. she said that she was trying to get the agent on the phone but to no prevail. thats when the red flag comes out. she says that they will call me back. they never called back so i dont know what to expect. im going to go to the IRS building myself today. These are the reasons hard working people dont trust anyone anymore because when they are at their lowest theres always that one who will kick them when theyre down. Thats not AMERICAN at all.

I had, over time developed a huge issue of back taxes owed and was receiving continuous demands by the IRS. I was about to lose everything I had. I contacted a company that does lots of TV and radio advertising as they were the name I knew best. They immediately told me over the phone how much they would charge with only a brief explanation of what services they would provide... When I told them I needed to think about it and most probably didn't have the funds they required, they called me every day and pushed me to sign with them. It gave me a bad feeling! I found Republic, made a call, explained my situation which was well into the 6 figures. They asked me some questions, all seemed appropriate with learning about my particular case. I received a call a day later and they explained exactly, step by step what they would be able to do for me. I was given an exact cost and then asked if I needed to break that up into a couple of payments. I hadn't even asked them to do that. The cost was far less then I was quoted from their competitor! What is most impressive is that every call I made was returned within a day. Every email I sent was replied to with in a day. Every single thing they said is exactly what they did for me. My situation took over a year to resolve, and became more complex than expected.. They simply stayed on it! I can honestly say, I felt like I was the only customer they had. They had my best interest clearly at tall times. Over time, it was apparent that they actually cared about me, as a person and getting me the best resolution they could! I was kept informed every step of the way and Chris, Sally and John always made me feel important to them, fought like crazy for me, never gave up. From the moment I engaged with them it was out of my hands and they took complete control of the situation. In the end, they negotiated me a settlement that allows me to pay a small monthly payment, and settled my debt for less then 1/10th of the total amount due. I could not have expected a better outcome and in retrospect never expected the level of attention and care I received from the people at Republic Tax Relief! I have never written a review before but after my experience with Chris, Sally and John, I felt it would be wrong not to let others know how great of a job they did for me.

No sabiamos que hacer y los biles se nos atrazaban. Estabamos pagando biles en tarjetas de credito porque con el pago tan alto, no alcanzaba para pagar todo. Oimos el anuncio de Republic Tax en el radio y llamamos para ver si nos podian ayudar. Dijieron que quiza nos podrian reducir nuestro pago a $300 - $400 dolares al mes. Despues de pensar unos dias, y dando una ultima llamada al IRS para ver si quiza nos daban una reduccion, decidimos que vale a pena contratar a una compania. Republic Tax lleno las formas que se necesitaban, las entregaron al IRS, y se pusieron en contacto inmediatamente con el IRS. Despues de explicarle al IRS que los pagos que demandaban eran mucho para nosotros, Republic Tax negocio que pagaramos solo $200 al mes. Now the IRS takes your money directly from my bank, and we don't have to worry about not making the payment on time and not reaching the money. This has been a great help during the times right now with reducing work. We can make the payments that are needed and we are a little more money. Thanks Republic Tax!

I PAID THIS COMPANY 3,000 TO FILE 5 YEARS OF TAXES [protected] AND THEY HAVE STATED THAT MY CASE IS CLOSED AND HAVE NOT FILED MY TAXES AND REFUSE TO RETURN MY MONEY, WHICH I HAD TO BORROW

I spoke with m/arc with republic tax and asked questions about my tax issues and *** advised me that i called the right company because they specialize in tax issues. I the signed up and payed the 500 dollars requested by *** and they would work on my case. I the speak with *** who scheduled a phone call with *** who said they have not done any work as of yet after i already paid. *** called and apologized for the delay and would schedule another call with *** to be updated on the work that should be done by then. The work still has not been done after several attempts to resolved this issue nothing has been done on the case they claimed would be completed.

I hired this company to help me with an old tax totaling $10,000, I spoke with *** and he told me that hw was gonna take care of my [protected] tax debt for $2850 I decided to hire their company and I put $574 down and paid $574 for 6 months. After making the final payment I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owe $7871 for 2018. I emailed the company and received a response from Rebecca Robinson and she informed they filed my 2018 and I owed $7871 for that year. I was u see the assumption that they were helping me deviate this debt not accrue more debt. I am highly dissatisfied and they misrepresented their company and I would like a full refund of $2850 returned immediately.
