They keep me informed of any upcoming financial issues and take care of my taxes efficiently, so that overall, they are entirely satisfactory. Since they perform a valuable service, PERHAPS the company grew faster than expected and the staff has not kept up with that? ---

Kreppel Tax Advisory is unreliable. After 8 phone calls and messages I was finally called back.He had my taxes for almost a month before I received themI had asked a question which way was the best way to file. He charged me for an additional tax refundWhen I finally met with him to get my taxes he gave me misinformation about my taxes. I didnt receive a very important paper I needed to file. I called asking for this paper. Spoke to the person who answered the phone. Was told he would check it out and get back to me.No one ever called me back

I filed my taxes with Kreppel Tax Advisory Group Inc. on 3/25, with Andrew assisting me. They told me it would be done in 2 weeks, but I haven't received any updates on the status of my taxes. I tried reaching out to them on April 30th and left a voicemail, but they never got back to me. On May 3rd, I contacted them again, and the person who answered said the accountant would call me back, but they never did. I reached out once more on May 6, and the person who answered said they were busy and promised the accountant would call back by the end of the day. However, the accountant never did. Today, on May 10, I called again and decided to record the phone calls because it seems like they are neglectful. I'm worried that my taxes won't be filed on time, and it's concerning that they accept clients without being able to complete the work on time.
