Great follow up. We got our new deck 2 years ago and had a minor problem with a couple of boards. Joe contacted me within 2 hours of the email and was down here to take care of the problem within 2 days. Great follow up and communication. Very much appreciated especially in light of the covid making their schedule very tight.

The Renew It crew was amazing and work very hard to ensure our total satisfaction. They completed our very complicated project that included multiple decks and stairs and is built on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan on time and within budget. They were also very courteous and went out of their way to ensure they minimized our inconvenience.

We had a complete decking replacement - porch, deck, steps, and walkway. Tavis and Spencer did the work and were very meticulous. Their communication with us was excellent from start to finish, as they kept us posted about what they were doing. The quality of their work was excellent and we are extremely happy. We would definitely recommend Renewit Decks to anyone.

From the sales person to every worker we came in contact with, they were up front, on budget, and professional. We have dealt with several contractors in our house construction project. Renewit was the rock star for timely action and great workmanship. The communication was fantastic and we never had to wait for a response to questions or concerns. Excellent company! After talking to three companies, this company was the most informative and the price was average. They did a fantastic job and were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. Also, they finished in a timely manner which is a rarity these days! We ran into one unexpected problem with the footing and they promised to work it out to my satisfaction - which they did. I highly recommend this company.
