What amazing service from this family owned business! 417 Rekey and their team not only rekeyed my 4 locks they fixed my keypad on my garage door. If you ever need a lock rekeyed I highly recommend these guys, very prompt service, courteous.

I just had 417ReKey perform key and lock service at our home. From the first phone call to the end of service call visit, John and Sarah were fantastic, they were polite, professional and efficient all the way through. They were very informative and made great recommendations. They also showed me how to take proper care of our door locks. Should you need key or lock services I highly recommend.

Michael did a Great job for us and he made a chore an enjoyable experience. Michael is genuine, and trust worthy as the day is long. He knows his field thoroughly and has Great ideas. He is up to date on computers and knows what he is doing. Michel did a stellar job. Michael has people skills. He is pleasant to do business with and he works well with his son in their family business. You could see that they have a great relationship and that was very impressive. I will highly recommend Michael and his business.

The service provided by 417 Rekey was top-notch! I called Mike out of the blue (he was recommended by my realtor) to do a rekey, he happened to be in the area of my home on the way to another job. He offered to come by after that job, and literally, 2.5 hours after my phone call, my home was rekeyed and all the problem locks were fixed and ready to go! I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by 417 Rekey! If I ever need any lock work done again, I will most definitely call 417 Rekey! I rate them a 10!

Outstanding service from 417 Rekey - professional and personable. I called 417 Rekey to repair a sliding door lock that wouldn't function properly. Michael gave me a tip over the phone to see if I could fix it with a twist of the screw and save myself a service charge. I really appreciated that. I still needed a professional so he came and fixed it straight away. On the way out the door he noticed the back plate on the front door handle was just slightly off center. He fixed it on his way out �" no charge. I highly recommend 417 Rekey.

Our company purchased a new building for our business, when we took possession there were no less than 3 keys for the 3 doors, even though 2 of the doors were for the same area. Mike came out changed the locks and made it one key for the entire building. No muss no fuss. He did exactly what he said he would when he said he would do it, all for a reasonable price. This is hard to find these days. When we had issues with the mailboxes on the back of the same building Mike contacted the Post Office, met our mail carrier & was able to rekey all the mailboxes. Securing our mis-delivered mail in the process. This is service above & beyond.

Would highly recommend 417 Rekey. I found 417 Rekey on the internet while waiting for my car to be repaired. Called and scheduled rekey for all of our home doors. We had one door knob that would not work and needed 3 keys to different doors to enter our house. Mike came on time as promised and was able to rekey all to one key. He also was able to replace the broken door knob with like door knob. Mike noticed we had dead bolts on both entry doors but not the garage door. He asked if it was something we would like added. We said yes and re-scheduled Mike back out to add deadbolt to garage door. It turned out great as it looks like it came with the door. While Mike was there to add deadbolt our back sliding door decided not to open. Mike was kind enough to fix it free of charge.

Michael responded to my inquiry immediately and set an appointment to rekey our new house immediately after our closing. He texted a picture of the workman's ID and the color and make of the vehicle he would be driving which caused me to feel safe and secure. Shortly before the appointment time, he texted that he would accompany the locksmith. They arrived on time and were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. We had only received one garage door opener at closing, but they quickly ran to their shop for an additional remote for us. They offered options of finishes, hardware, and services, but were never pushy. We were very pleased with their professional service and value. They finished quickly since they worked simultaneously. We were very pleased with the professional services of 417 Rekey and recommend them highly.
