Renault review: Brand new renault clio 6 broke down in 4 days: renault refuses to replace a defective product!

I am writing this to expose a massive customer experience failure and a complete lack of accountability by Renault Group.
On June 25, 2026, I purchased and registered a brand new, zero-kilometer Renault Clio 6 in Turkey. Just 4 days after delivery, on June 29, 2026, at only 600 kilometers, the car broke down on the road due to a severe electrical failure. My vehicle has been sitting at the authorized Renault service center in Tarsus, Turkey ever since.
There is a highly critical human element to this situation: I am a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patient. Due to my medical condition, having a reliable vehicle is an absolute, daily necessity for my mobility and health. I specifically chose to buy a brand new Renault to ensure my freedom of movement and peace of mind. Instead, I have been left stranded for weeks, pushed into severe physical and psychological distress.
Whenever I ask for an update or a resolution, the local service center locks the entire process by stating they are "waiting for commands from Renault Headquarters in France" for every single step. Despite this being a clear-cut case of a factory defect (a defective product), my official request for a vehicle replacement has been outright rejected.
I purchased this specific make and model willingly and expect to drive it in the flawless, factory-fresh condition I paid for. I absolutely refuse any temporary loaner vehicles offered merely to save the day. Currently, almost the entire electrical system of my brand new car has been dismantled. I refuse to accept a zero-kilometer vehicle being subjected to such heavy, invasive procedures and being treated like a test subject.
Renault's attitude of stalling an MS patient for weeks, instead of taking responsibility for their obvious manufacturing error, is completely unacceptable and incompatible with the values of a global brand.
I demand that Renault Group's global management intervene immediately, acknowledge this manufacturer-sourced error, and replace this factory-defective vehicle with a brand new one without further delay.
