I called Reliable Drain cleaning to clear clogged drains at our facility. I was told that I would get a call back to when the crew would be here. 5 minutes later I got a call about 1 hour later they showed up. I got a text that the crew was on their way here and they came when they said they would, the plumbers got to work they had a fight on their hands because of how bad the drains where blocked. they got the drains cleaned out. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I called because the drain in my basement by my washing machine was backing up. Reliable came out within an hour, a very nice young man and he snaked the drain was a very straightforward on the price, did not try to tell me that there were more problems than what there were and everything is fixed and working as it should be. Very happy with this company for being honest and coming out as soon as they did. In addition, they sent me a text to telling me that the person was on the way and sent me an email receipt.

We hired reliable Contractor Services to replace a leaky kitchen faucet and remove unused water conditioning tanks. the contractor advised replacing the faucet as well as drainage pipes we had taped to prevent leaking pipes. The contractor arrived on time and spent the bulk of the day installing the faucet and repairing the leaks in our 150 year old house. He was professional, explained the challenges he was facing with the old pipes, and was persistent to correct it to his - and our- satisfaction. I highly recommend this business.

They were to call before they came (if they could come) but showed up before 9am unannounced and said they never call first. Supposedly snaked the clean out drain, but the water has not stopped coming up. $190 for nothing. UPDATE: While I was in the hospital, my partner called them because they hadn't fixed anything. We're now at $600 with no results.

My Service Tech Mike was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He was very accommodating in taking off his shoes at the door when entering my home. I felt the price was extremely reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. This was my first service call with this company and I was not disappointed. Jon from Reliable did such a great job! I had been depressed and worried sick about my sewer and what it was going to take to get it working properly. Jon tried a few things and was able to unclog my sewer without it costing me a fortune! He was on time, courteous, professional, and reassuring. I had water seeping up through the middle of my basement. I had a tile installed years ago through the middle of the basement floor to alleviate the seepage. I had noticed more seepage lately and that the other tiles going into the crock of the sump pump were not draining much. I called Reliable and they had some one out to the house quickly. Trudy, who scheduled this was so friendly and understanding. She told me a man named Mark would be out to jet the drains and run a camera through and she would contact me when he was on his way. I received a text when he was on his way, and he was there within 15 minutes of the text. Very helpful because I had to make sure I was home. Mark was the gentleman that did the jetting. He was extremely friendly and professional. He had a young helper named Sean that was also friendly. The both wore booties on their shoes to come through the house. Mark was very efficient and showed me the drain tiles on the camera after they were done to show how clean they were. When finished, they cleaned up and made it look like they had never been there. I would highly recommend that if your drains need jetted and cleaned to call Reliable and request Mark. Trudy is enjoyable and quite a character to talk with on the phone too. She definitely puts your mind at ease and will put a smile on your face. Great company to work with.

I had the drains done in December .They had to dig up 2 areas. I was charged $500.00 for them to fill in the holes and plant new grass. When they finished the drains they said they would come back in the spring to do that. I ended up buying topsoil and gravel and filled in the opening by the house because it was very deep and the foundation was exposed. When no one came back in the spring I spread the mound of dirt by the street out and left the rest for them to finish. It's now August and no one has been here.

I hired Reliable Contractor Services in December to repair a portion of my foundation, the entrance door to the basement, an outside bilco door to the basement, and precast steps to my back door. They completed the foundation on January 3 and delivered the steps. The carpenter was supposed to come on January 5, to install the doors. The carpenter, John, said he didn't know how to make the entrance door secure. He didn't come that day and the only thing between the basement and the rain, snow, and anything else that wants to come in is a sheet of plastic. How secure is that? I have called weekly and talked to Sarah, asking when this work will be done. There were various replies such as she'll call Adam the supervisor and look into it, John will be coming on Wednesday, and finally we both agreed another carpenter should be hired and she would talk to the owner. I have not heard anything since that last call. John has never come on the days he said he would and nothing has been started. Even the steps are 6 feet away from the door so I cannot use my back door and I have to walk around them being careful not to fall in the mud.
