My house looks great, there were a few issues as is expected when you're doing such a big remodeling project. Every time I let them know about any problems I had they immediately sent someone out to fix it and have been very happy with the results. The true rating is 4.8 stars

had a very good experience with Texas Home Improvement when they replaced my siding and soffits. Very professional staff and crew. They did the work in July and after the bad weather it still looks like it was done yesterday. This is why I am having them build a patio on to the house.

We extended our patio and got from them our patio cover. It's sleek and seemless and looks great. It looks like it is part of the original roof and everyone loves it. The installation was quick and they aimed to please our requests. *** our rep was very responsive and flexible. Very happy with our end result.

Texas Home Improvement just completed the project on our home and definitely exceeded our expectations! The COOL WALL paint is more vibrant than anything Ive ever seen, every little detail is so crisp and clean. Every part of the experience working with the whole team was flawless. Use this company. They are incredible and I enjoyed working with them. They answered every question I had and performed every extra task included and they did it as a courtesy. *** hard and I was very impressed. They also had great communication with throughout the entire project. Great work Texas Home Improvement, and I'm excited for my new windows coming in from you guys. Can't wait and see you soon.

I am very satisfied with the service that Texas Home Improvements provided. They were thorough in their explanation of what services I would receive. Communication was very professional and quick. There was a small issue with the sizing of our windows, but *** did a great job remedying the situation. He made sure that the remaining windows got to us as fast as possible. Overall working with Texas Home Improvements was a great experience.

Two employees from this company broke the law by coming to my door during this stage of the pandemic. I didn’t answer the door to speak with them as I am at high risk to the corona virus. As I watched, one of the employees removed and walked away with the No Soliciting sign on my door. They left a flyer from your company, which has the name of one of the employees on it. Trust me, I will never use or recommend a company that employees thieves and breaks the law about no door to door solicitations right now.

Texas Home Improvement did a great job on our siding and paint. From our Sales guy to the work crews to the finishing touches, they exceeded our expectations. We did have some communication issues at times but the production managers were really helpful in getting issues resolved. Most of my issues were just with the trim having square corners and surfaces meeting so they were flush. The crew corrected each thing and I'm very happy with the end result. Everyone I know has contractor horror stories, but I'm happy to say that I escaped the siding project with no horror stories to tell.

We TRIED to use this business. We were given a heavy sales pitch when they came in. We contracted them to do a partial siding job on our home. We paid them 1/3 of the amount and signed a contract. They came back two weeks later and said they would not do the job - even though we have a signed contract.Unfortunately, we have to restart our search for a new company to do the siding. We are now 4 weeks behind schedule because they are not willing to live up to their contract.It took 2 additional visits from different sales people for our money to be returned. Their owners would rather bad reviews than actually live up to their signed contract. Horrible customer service experience.

The finished product is still growing on us since the color was not true to its name. The grey tuxedo came out to be powder blue. Salespeople promised one thing to close the deal, and the contractors said they were not told to do the specific tasks we were promised. We wanted to wait for more quotes, but it came down to the gutters. They explained we could save by putting less of them up on the second floor, and they would remove all of the old gutters plus replace any old rotted wood underneath if there was any. The contractors took down the gutters but left the metal flashing and painted over the metal instead! No way to tell if there was, in fact, any rotted wood, and now the paint on the metal was slowly chipping off. Each time we contacted them, they switched from "yes, we'll be there to fix it" to "no, we're not going to do anything about it." It's ridiculous to pay $76K and have an incomplete job as we now seem to get the brush off from the company. Plus, when we reminded the contractors of our selections, they told us their boss said, "No, because it will look ugly." This was for replacing the existing decorative trim on a patio column. It was not their call to make it there, just like leaving the metal from the old gutters up. Lazy and unprofessional. Buyers beware.

The roof is beautiful. The work was very professional. The cleanup was amazing. Everything that we contracted for was done to perfection and a little more.The reason that I did not give 5 stars was communication.Once the contract was signed - tried to contact the office with every phone number on the contract and website, left messages, never received a call back.Work was scheduled to start on 01-01-23 / 01-02-23 and expected to take 1-3 days to complete. The crew showed up on 12-28-22 (early was fine) with no curtesy phone call regarding the date change. *No one of the working crew spoke English and we could not communicate with anyone. We had a lot of questions that we could not get answered.Due to several factors; roof size, failed decking needing replacement, holidays, additional work to replace rotting rafters, debris in AC/Heater and broken Fiber-optic cable, the work was not completed until 01/12/22.*** and *** took charge and spent time listening to our concerns. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that all our concerns were corrected, and the job was completed. They provided photos of the work progression that gave us peace of mind. We ended up with the Cadillac that we were promised, and we are very happy with the work that was done, the quality of the materials used and the thoroughness of the clean-up.

We had special *** paint done approximately 30 years ago with the lifetime warranty. It has lasted all this time and looked beautiful on our *** Sq Ft two story brick home (there is a small wood section on back of house above garage area). We had a new roof, gutters and windows installed between 2016 and 2019 and this resulted in some paint scrapes. It took a few years to find a certified Tex-Cote painter to re-paint since the original painting company was out of business. We needed to fix issues which included some rotten boards and chips around the windows and on our pillars in front of house. There were some chips around top windows by gutters and under ***. The metal drip cap flashing were painted white underneath (had oxidation on bottom) - this flashing repels water from the house and away from the windows and brick house below. This metal flashing was installed when they built the house above the eight windows on the 1st floor and also above 2 patio doors. We finally found Texas Home Improvement by talking to the Tex-Cote Paint Manufacturer and they said they were nearby and certified to use the Tex-Cote paint. They now call it NewSpray and CoolWall SuperCoat. We liked the salesmen and the measuring person. The supervisors were also very helpful. The staff was also very responsive when I called. The most outstanding person was our project manager and experienced painter - ***... His crew included 2 additional people for 3 days and 1 additional person on the third day. They spent a great deal of time prepping the areas to protect our new windows, our intercom and door ringer, our light fixtures, the gas grill and all important elements and 2 back porch areas. *** and the team were exceptional and we appreciate the care that was taken protecting everything. They did lots of prep work and priming, caulking as well as painting. They completed the work in 3 days. There is a little bit of painting left on the lower windows on the metal flashing bottom and this will be completed soon per Yoni. *** is a very experienced painter and he pays attention to details. His leadership was key to completing this project on time and with perfection. Thank you so much for a brand new paint job and new wood in some areas too. I am looking forward to receiving a new Tex-Cote paint life time warranty from Tex-Cote and also a 2 year warranty from Texas Home Improvement on their work. *** also was able to build a new piece of round wood which went around an attic opening in front of house. There were also rotten wood areas which were expertly repaired. They saved our house numbers and reinstalled the pest abatement screen on the round opening as well.They were extremely careful with our windows by covering them entirely before priming and painting. They also expertly painted our shutters with 2 colors. *** also painted our garage and the gutters so that everything would match perfectly. He walked me around after each day and we looked at the work. Outstanding work by the whole crew and especially ***. They completed the project within the time constraints and the house is stunning. I am hoping it lasts a lifetime and the fact that the last application lasted 30 years is a testimony to this amazing Tex-Cote paint. It would have lasted longer if we hadn't had new roof, gutters and windows put in... and there was some water damage due to winter weather and storms over the years.THANK YOU all so much... we look forward to continuing to work with you as we finish the last little bit of painting.
