Were are going on 2 and a half months now waiting for our refund that was submitted. My wife had her perm done in June and it came out terrible we have already spoken with someone about this and have been told our check should have been here weeks ago at this point. This is extremely bad customer service. I would like someone to call me and tell me when I'm gonna receive my refund please. I paid 150 dollars for a perm that lasted 2 days and was nothing more than wavy not even a curl. Please contact me
