They did our siding in *** when we were hit by a Deracho storm. We told them this was being taken care of by insurance and now we're being sued for the remaining balance! Why would the homeowner be responsible when it was an insurance issue. Plus they *** up or doorbell that no longer works too.

Regions Commercial Roofing, Inc. is hands down the best company I've ever dealt with. They're super professional and know their stuff, and boy did they do an amazing job on my roof and gutters. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose them. If you're in need of a top-notch roofing company, I highly recommend these guys. Michael & Miguel did an amazing job! They were quick to respond, super fast, and really helpful in guiding me through the whole process of redoing my gutters and roof. The crew from Regions worked really hard for two consecutive days and did an outstanding job! I would definitely suggest them to my loved ones. Make sure to ask for Michael because he's the absolute best to work with.

The project manager, ***, went out of his way to be helpful, explaining everything in detail and making special trips when necessary to ensure that everything went as it should. As a first time roof buyer, Regions Roofing was there to help us understand the process and the steps to getting a new roof for our home. Leo was such an amazing help. He did everything in his power to get us the exact roof that we wanted. He also explained to us what we needed done to fix our damaged leaking roof. Leaks were fixed and the whole entire roof was replaced in no time. We are extremely thankful for Regions Roofing and Leo who made this process very fast, smoothly, and comfortable for us. I will definitely be recommending this company to my family members and friends.

I'm so happy with the service and finished product from Regions Commercial Roofing. We had hail damage and got a new roof, gutters, and siding put in. I worked with Kayla T and Miguel A throughout the whole thing. They were always there to answer any questions I had. They're both really nice and professional. The work got done when they said it would. The work crews did a great job. They were fast and cleaned up the area every day. I didn't have any problems with the whole process. I would recommend Regions, Kayla, and Miguel to anyone. Robert C. H

I can't recommend this company. We had a big wind storm and two of my properties got affected. Regions Commercial Roofing told me on September 9th that they could finish both jobs in a week and a half. But on the first job, they didn't include all my requests in the contract even though we agreed on them verbally. This caused a lot of confusion about what should be fixed and what shouldn't. I had to stop payment on the check because I was worried they would leave the job unfinished. The first house took almost a month to complete (October 5th). Regions doesn't want to work with you, they want to charge you 20% more than their competitors and 30% more than the insurance adjustment just to show up late and do the bare minimum. If you decide to work with them, make sure you know your roofing terms and make sure everything you want is written in the contract or they'll try to avoid it. I'll give them 2 stars because the new shingles looked nice on that property, but it's unacceptable that they left out the soffit, didn't fix the fascia, and ignored the ceiling joists. We canceled the second job after renegotiating the contract three times. They took $1k as a down payment for an $8k contract on this house on September 9th, promising to finish the roof in a week and a half. Then they contacted me and said they "messed up the contract" and now the price was $10.5k, so we signed a new contract. It's now October 10th and my roof still isn't done. They wanted me to sign another contract for $9.5k and pay an additional $4,250 as a down payment. They also said it would take an extra 2-4 weeks if I wanted them to work with my insurance company because they won't do supplements later on. Overall, my experience with them started off well, but now I see that they don't keep their promises when it comes to speed and quality.
