I totally recommend Gold Key Roofing. They're super professional (thanks, Eric), their prices are competitive, and they actually showed up on time like they promised. The crew worked really hard (even in the rain), did an amazing job, and left everything clean. I'll definitely tell anyone who needs a new roof about Gold Key.

After lookin' around, we ended up goin' back to Gold Key. They showed us all the fancy new stuff in roofin' materials and warranties. Gettin' a new roof ain't somethin' folks usually wanna do, it's more like somethin' they gotta do. Since we had used 'em before, we got a quote from Gold Key along with some other companies. We did our homework and checked out other options, and turns out Gold Key is straight-up honest and gives you all the deets on gettin' the best roof for your situation.

I called Gold Key Roofing after a hail storm to check my roof for damage. Even though there weren't any obvious leaks, Jeff did a good inspection and found lots of damage. The people at Gold Key talked to my insurance company and met the insurance adjuster with an estimate for replacing my roof. The adjuster agreed that we needed a new roof and Gold Key gave us a fair and honest price. Gold Key had a crew at my house real quick and finished the new roof in a couple days. This company is the best. They ONLY use top quality materials and their installation is second to no one. The customer service was the best. There salesman Eric *** is a great representative. He was honest and up-front from start to finish. I trust him 100%! When Eric *** gives his word, you can "take it to the bank." The office staff Alexis and Rachel were always friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions with a "phone-smile." Gold Key Roofing, LLC did my roof replacement in December . Jeff Maul and his team were amazing throughout the entire process. Mario listened carefully to my instructions while setting up the job site and getting the necessary materials. Luis, the on-site superintendent, did an outstanding job overseeing the work of his crew every day. Jeff was always available and quickly answered any questions I had. Luis even took the time to go over some tricky flashing details with me to ensure they were done correctly. The work they did was of the highest quality. They kept their promises and finished the job on time. The cleanup was excellent as well. As someone with over 30 years of experience in architecture and construction, I wholeheartedly recommend Gold Key. They did a fantastic job! Thank you!

This my second time using Gold Key Roofing. They will continue to be my go to roofing company. They replaced the roof on my previous home before we sold it and did an excellent job. So when we bought a house that needed a new roof we knew exactly who to call. Their team did an excellent job on the installation which took just over 2 days. Their team was professional and respectful of my home and needs throughout the process. What I appreciate most is that they own their mistakes. Their office got a little behind on closing out the permit on the second job. They responded promptly to my questions about it and rectified the situation quickly. Things happen on a project. What I care about is how they are handled. Gold Key Handled them with grace and professionalism. I will continue to hire them for my roofing needs and will refer them to anyone who asks.

After thinkin' 'bout it for a while, I decided to share my thoughts 'bout this company. Few weeks back, I gave 'em a call 'cause I had a leak in my house due to a heavy rain. They set up a time for inspection and the guy who came was on time and gave me some info. He asked 'bout the age of the roof and suggested I might need a new one. I told 'em I just wanted the leak fixed for now and I'd think 'bout a new roof in a few years ('cause it's already 15 years old). He took a look 'round, went up on the roof, and checked the attic. Couldn't find the leak I was talkin' 'bout (I had fixed one last year and the water stains on a rafter had dried up completely). He said he'd send someone else over in a few days to find and hopefully fix the leak. A whole week went by and I didn't hear anythin'. I had to call 'em up and the same guy said, "Oh yeah, I'll send the leak repairer this week." Two more weeks passed and still no word. So now, I'm writin' this to help out other folks. Seems like if they couldn't sell me a new roof, they didn't wanna bother with it anymore. Sounds like they're pullin' a "bait and switch" here...
