A Regional Acceptance private investigator (w/a lame Dragnet impersonation) has been calling me for several months. The other day, he called my home phone four times in a row. After he got nastier and nastier, I stopped answering the phone. Then he left 10 rude obnoxious voicemails. I am a victim of identy theft. This man called me a liar.

The next day he left a threatening message that he knew where I lived and where my daughter lives. He said his name is Dan Williams.

This company should be drummed out of business. They apply unfair trade tactics. I am going to report them to the Texas Attorney General and BBB.

I have been paying my car payments on time for 33 months now. My loan term is 72 months. I am noticing after 33 months of on time payments my payoff quote is the exact amount of the original car loan. My balance has not gone down at all! I don't know how that could be. This means none of my payments have gone towards the principle? Is this even possible? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
