Gave estimate for flooding during home visit. 06/22/26.
I stated I would have to like about the cost.
Was told I would need to give partial payment to hold flooring.
Was told I had 3 days to change my mind and payment would be held and card not charged until after the 3 day.
Called on day 2 to tell them we were going to hold off on getting the flooring. And to not charge card. They said "no problem". And the installation manager would give me a call.
Card was charged anyway, no call from manager. Have called repeatedly with continued assurance someone would call to arrange how Refund would be made. No call
Claimed loss: 1897.00
Desired outcome: Please refund . cancel service

Since this was an in-home estimate and you say you cancelled within the 3-day period you were given, ask Refloor to confirm the cancellation and refund in writing.
You can call Refloor at (844) 773-1004 and ask for Customer Service, Current Orders, or Installation Scheduling. Also send the same request through Refloor’s contact form or by email to lifetimefloors@refloor.com so you have a written record.
In your message, include the estimate date, the amount charged, the date you called to cancel, and the name of any representative you spoke with. Ask Refloor to confirm that the flooring service is cancelled, no installation will be scheduled, and the $1,897 payment will be refunded.
Because this involved an in-home visit, you may also ask Refloor to review the cancellation under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule or any applicable state cancellation law.
If Refloor does not respond or does not provide a refund timeline, consider disputing the charge with your credit card issuer and attach your call records, estimate, receipt, and written cancellation request.
