The floors look amazing and they did it all in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The guys who came to install the floors were super chill and easy to work with. They even helped move some furniture around for me. Overall, I'm stoked with the job they did and would definitely use them again in the future.

The estimate was quick and thorough, and they had a great variety of selections. The schedule worked best for me and they arrived on time, informing me of what to expect each day. They even moved my furniture and put it back. My team, Chris and Marcos, were absolutely terrific. They were professional and always took time to answer my questions. They were professional but very friendly, and I trusted them in my house without supervision. I love my new floors!

I ordered from Budget Flooring on May 17. I paid $12,997.00 for the job. I was hoping for a good floor job with no mistakes. But, the square footage was messed up on the estimate and they charged me too much. We tried to call and text the owner, but he didn't answer. Check out the papers I attached to see what happened.
I met with the peeps from Budget Flooring, Inc
I met with the peeps from Budget Flooring, Inc. to pick out some tile and base boards for my crib. MacKensie H, the rep's daughter, helped me out and we set up a time for the big boss, Don H, to come by and measure my floors and give me a price. He said it would be $10,329.00. I called Mackensie a week later to say I was down and we set up a time for Don to come by and get my $5,300.00 cash deposit. But then Mackensie called me a few days later to say the tile I picked was discontinued. She knew it all along, but still tried to sell it to me. I was pissed, but went to their store to see if there were other tiles I liked. Turns out, the other ones I picked were either discontinued or had a long wait time. I told Mackensie I was done and wanted my cash back. But now they're ignoring my calls. Not cool, man.
