I got new carpet from Levi's 4 Floors for my master BR and walk-in closet. The worker who installed it was super nice and knew what they were doing. They did a great job and even moved the furniture back for me. I would definitely suggest using them for any other flooring needs.

We got carpet put in 2 rooms last year in November. We were happy so we ordered more carpet for the whole house in February. But there was a problem with the carpet quality at the factory and they couldn't put it in like they said they would. Then there were some mix-ups and we decided to cancel the order in April. Levi's 4 Floors gave us all our money back. They're a good company and we might use them again for floors later.

This was our first carpet buy in over 20 years. I had multiple companys come to my home for estimates and to go thur samples. Josh Levi not only come to our house but answered many questions leading up to the purchase of our new carpet. When I asked for specs on the carpet he did call me back with what I was wanting to know timely. I visited the store prior to purchasing as well due to me just wanting to find the wow color and carpet, which I found with his help. I would reccomend Josh and Levi's floors to everyone. ... And I also would like to also say the crew they had working on the install were very professional and courteous to my husband and I and worked quickly. They answered any questions or concerns we had. Recommend this Company.

Nick W from Levi's 4 Floors came to our house to measure for a quote last Thursday. He came (late) smelling and seeming drunk. He also didn't wear a mask when he came in. I was told we would get the quote by Monday. I left a voicemail on Monday after not getting it. I called again on Tuesday and talked to Nick. He said he hasn't got the quote yet but will "right now and call you right back." He never called back. It's too bad because I'm sure they have great staff overall and quality products. I just hope others don't have the same level of disrespect and the liability of intoxicated employees entering customer homes. After he left, the first thing my wife said to me was "are you kidding me? He smells like alcohol and has slurred speech and not wearing a mask!"

The process went pretty smooth. The sales guy came out and measured. We talked about taking out the old carpets and putting the flooring over all the existing tile and whatever was under the carpets. We talked about how some doors might not shut. I got them trimmed before the crew came. The installers came on time, they were working within 5 minutes. They took out the old carpet and padding, all the old quarter-round (which all had to be replaced), and were laying floor within 1 hour. By the end of the first day, (they worked 8:30a to 6ish), they were almost done. The next day, they installed all the new quarter-round, which took less than 2 hours. The house was super clean when they left it each day. The crew took pride in their work and were really professional. When I got back home the second day, I was amazed at how pretty my house looked. I can't even remember the old carpet. My house looks brand new! I had a question after they left about a substance on the floor. Within two days, they were out, removed the substance. Customer service followed up right away to check my satisfaction rate. I was thrilled with their work, the performance of their work crew, and their response to questions. While I never hope to need flooring in my house again, I would hire them in a minute.

Levi's 4 Floors did my whole first floor and put in the underlayment. They messed up my walls while putting in the underlayment and floor. The trim pieces got scratched up when they took off the shoe molding. My white doors got oily prints all over them. They cut pieces in my garage where I had my stuff stored.

I got some luxury vinyl tile from Levis 4 Floors on June 12. The sales guy, ***, said it would be done by July 24. I paid $811.35 that day. They put the floors in on July 1. But then the installer said the transition pieces were the wrong color. They said they'd get new ones. In August they said they had them, but they were still the wrong color. *** left, so I talked to a new sales guy, ***. Dennis said on September 9 that they'd be there on September 10. But I didn't hear anything, so I called him on Sept. 16 and left a voicemail. He didn't call back. I called again on Sept. 20 and left another voicemail. I called Karie with customer service and left a voicemail too. But no one called me back.
