Refloor review: Bad business ethics

No star rating from us. When calling the person that answers the phone will transfer your call to someone else and you never get to talk to anyone. They do not answer your call. We made several calls to the company with a contact number that always rings busy. Finally a person did call. We wanted our deposit back. She told us they reimbursed our card on a certain day. We checked our card and there was not any transaction for the amount to be refunded. We do not recommend using REFLOOR. You need to read all the reviews. The negative reviews are so true to what we experienced. Stay away from this company.
