Redbubble t shirt

I ordered a t-shirt and paid for express shipping so the item would arrive by Christmas. What was the point of the extra money if the company does not exactly provide the service? I believe they call that a rip-off.
Since the item is not arriving in time, I will be doing a return. It does me little good after the holiday.
Would never purchase from Redbubble again.
Buyer beware!

Redbubble does accept returns add long as the merchandise and box remain unopened. Restocking fees may apply and shipping cost are absolutely not refundable.

Redbubble shirt ordered for christmas gift

I ordered a shirt December 14, 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered between December 15-20th. It is now December 23rd and the package is nowhere to be found. When you look on their website for tracking it indicates it has been shipped. After some research with UPS and the Post Office, I've learned it hasn't't even left their facility yet! I am so frustrated because at this point there is no option to order elsewhere. Since you can't actually speak with someone or email anyone directly, I don't know how to get my money back or resolve this issue!

Redbubble shipping

I ordered this t-shirt on Dec 8 and it supposed to arrive on Dec 18-20. It is still not here, nowhere even close. I bought it as a Christmas gift and now there is no gift! I can see from the website that it took them 10 days just to process the shipment data. What the heck! There is no communication from the website or the seller. Very bad customer service! If this is Amazon, I will be getting a full refund of the product already.

Redbubble shipping

I ordered a shirt about a week ago and it told me I would be receiving it on December 22nd. I just checked to see where my order is and it said it won't come in until December 26th. I paid express shipping on this order to make sure it gets here by Christmas. I want to know what the deal is and why it is going to be here late. I paid 14 dollars extra just so it would get here before Christmas and now it's not. Pitiful.

Redbubble wiped out!, pull over hoodie scam?

I ordered this hoodie on the 15th of December, it said I would receive it on the 21st of December. Nothing has happened the order is confirmed but It also says that it is not even made or shipped yet. This is very aggravating considering that I need this FOR Christmas. But that is not the end, the user selling the item has deleted it, I believe I was scammed. I spent about $65 on this sweater and I am so upset. I'd like to hear something on this.

Redbubble pillow

I'm upset because I ordered a throw pillow for my mom for Christmas, and it arrived with a large slit with the contents of the pillow falling out. I bought this as a gift. Therefore, surprise ruined. Might not be a big deal to most, but it pissed me off. I have looked at their site for a phone number or something to let me talk to a customer service rep, but have not been able to locate one. Big surprise. I will never order from this company again. I do not blame UPS either, as I'm friends with my local delivery drivers. First and last time ever placing an order. Shame on you, Redbubble!

Redbubble apparel

Like so many others complaining about shipping during the holidays, I too paid approximately $20 to have a sweatshirt delivered by December 19th, and it is now December 21st. As it was a gift for a party on December 20th, I was extremely embarrassed. Also, the customer service number I found is no longer working. I would NEVER order from this company again!

I was attempting to find out where my order is (supposed to be delivered two days ago as I paid for expedited shipping). Noticed there have been several complaints against company. I called the customer service number I found after 30 minutes of research. When I called, it was a "French Military Base." The receptionist told me that she was recently informed to tell anyone asking for "Redbubble" that it is a SCAM. I am now on the phone with credit card company, and will soon be contacting my local police station to get their website taken down.

Redbubble where is your order???

Hello, I ordered two Throw Pillows with inserts on the 16th December, 5 days ago now, with an expected delivery of being 22nd December at the latest. It is now the 21st and still hasn't been made or shipped(after your websites states that items are normally shipped within 48 hours, 3 days being maximum). Can you please find out where my order is? You have no contact email or number and I have now made plans so if my order isn't going to arrive before the 25th December then I will no longer want it as it as a Christmas present and I will be requesting a full refund. Redbubble delivery lies

I ordered 4 items for Christmas and paid the extra $25 for it to be here TODAY, 12/21/17 and it is not. Your customer service number, no one ever answers. These items are Christmas gifts and I NEED them. I would not of paid for express shipping if y'all were going to take your sweet time delivering it anyways. Or ordered it somewhere else that doesn't lie and has actual customer service. I need my order TODAY like promised.

Redbubble customer service

Like so many others, I paid through the nose for express shipping to ensure a gift would arrive before Christmas. It's supposed to be here tomorrow and guess what? It hasn't even made it out of production. There's no customer service number to call, and there's no response to email form, Facebook posts, or tweets.

The item I ordered was the one my child wanted the most. So, what do I tell her? That the company took Mom's money and could care less if the item arrives? What a ripoff. Stay far, far away from these guys.

Redbubble delivery charges

I ordered a Christmas present on 14th December and paid £28.20 for it to be delivered on Tuesday 19th December. This did not happen! The reason I paid for it to be delivered on Tuesday 19th was because it suited me best...i have not got what I paid for!

I expect a response within the next 7 days with an offer of a refund of what I paid for delivery as this was not the service i recieved and also an explanation as to why this has happened!

Redbubble delivery

I ordered a phone case on the 8th December, it's supposed to be a Christmas present. Unfortunately, your services have been terrible. I've had no further updates since the order confirmation, expected it last week and now if it doesn't come before tomorrow I won't be able to get it until after Xmas! In this case I would like a full refund for your terrible services, if you even bother to check your customer service complaints, as you have no email etc I can reach you on- I'm from the uk so can't call. Thanks for, well nothing to be precise.

You sent me the wrong t-shirt. I simply want the correct one I ordered asap. A Skakas t-shirt. Please correct Now as it has taken me all day to try to contact you. And now i can't even send this complaint because I haven't written enough words. Seriously. Please just sent my order today as i need it for xmas. Its the one and only thing i can afford to buy my son this year and it hasn't even been sent correctly. I'm not happy. Email me your response asap

Redbubble customer service

This "company" offers absolutely ZERO customer service! There are no listed phone numbers and their "online chats" start (and finish) with "how can I help you today"? Clearer answers can be gotten from the Trump Administration. It's sad, the products are pretty nice but heaven forbid you need assistance because you won't get any. I ordered two products from this company and when they arrived they were both the wrong color. It was impossible to reach out to anyone with the company to find out my options. I ordered two travel mugs. One was supposed to be orange and the other light purple. When they arrived they were both blue. I NEED to SPEAK to a live human in customer service.

Redbubble warning: do not purchase from this website

After paying a rediculous £14.28 for express shipping the mug I ordered was never recieved. The customer service is absolutley appalling, when trying to complain or get my money back the only way I could contact them directly was through their facebook page via messenger. After explaining my situation they replied asking for my order number THEN BLOCKED ME SO I COULDN'T REPLY. I believe this to be disgusting customer service, I have wasted my money - please be wise and don't waste your's.

Redbubble didn't receive my payment confirmation

I've just paid for my canvas paint. Bank of America charged me for 79 dollars, but I didn't get any payment information and item number. Looks like I didn't make purchase, because after I clicked on confirm payment, it said that "The zip code you supplied failed validation". I thought I did pay, but my bank shows me that I made transaction for Redbubble San Francisco CA

Redbubble delivery.

I was expecting my delivery on the 13th of December. I was happy with this delivery date, as I needed the gift for the 14th.

The deliveryman knocked on my door on the 13th, however, I was in the shower at the time. Unable to answer at the time, I quickly rushed to my door once out of the shower. I was shocked to see that there was no parcel, nor any slip informing me where my package was. I need this order for tommorow, and I have no idea when it shall arrive now.

Redbubble terrible customer service

Dec 9th
Customer Service rep provided misleading information about the difference of regular shipping and express shipping. I was advised to pay for express in order for my order to get to me before Christmas, yet the website said something completely different and I realized afterwards that I would have had plenty of time to receive the order if it was shipped regular.
After explaining my concerns to another customer service rep, I was quickly dismissed.
Awful customer service!
The t-shirt I ordered is awesome and in no way does the artist's work reflect how I feel about this company.
WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
