Red Roof Inn review: Reservation and service

October 22, 2025 we checked into the Red Roof Inn in Chester Virginia (three disabled) and were put into a room that had flooring missing and some of the boarding coming up off the floor which caused my wife to trip and hurt her shoulder. After three weeks to fix the flooring they put us into a handicap room which had a wet bathroom floor at all times and they said after a week they would move us to another room before that happened the toilet let go at the bottom and flooded the bathroom, they had to move us quickly to another room. They double charged us once for the room, but they corrected the mistake. No maids came to clean the room(s) and we had to ask to get clean sheets and towels during our entire stay. We were finally told we had to leave as one of our party had said something that one of the employees didn't like, but do not know what it was about. It was a very disappointing time and I doubt very strongly we will every stay at Red Roof again.
