aku nk share sikit yg technical team (maybe) drpda syrikat ni mmg mlingkop kot.. aku dah settle bil even aku byaq more than enough.. tau² depa ni barred jgk.. but thats okay lg, ini dah lbih 24 jam.. macam haram jadah ja lagi.. bila pi customer service.. katanya technical problem.. so aku consider technical team mmg haram jadah.. agak² la smpai 24 jam.. nk penaya customer ka??? dh la call customer care mcm bengong ja.. haram x pnah agkt.. x respon lgsung.. mmg mlingkop la company hmpa lpas ni.. tlg la aware sikit psai customer, hmpa dh knyg mkn duit customer, nak bt hal pulak.. klau mcm ni la berterusan, smua customer akn lari.. ni mmg luahan dri hati aku.. dh geram sgt dh.. nk barred line org cpt sgguh, bila org dah bayar, pnya lambat nk unbarred smula.. aku tggu dh lbih 24 jam.. salah team apa aku xtau.. yg aku tau company hmpa mmg jahanam mnyusah aku..

    Aduh la... rugi tak baca complain ni awal2 sblm tukar ke redone... saya pun kena dah 2 hari byr masih tak reconnect. Call, live chat, whatsapp, emel... semua buat dah... hampeh. Lansung takde respond. Diorg sms kata kena byr sblm 15 feb tp belum 1hb pun dh barred line. Dpt pymnt reti pula htr notification tp lps tu masih tak reconnect.

    Betull..saya bukan 24 jam tapi dah smpai SEMINGGU!!! Still barred!
