Realme Poor customer service and Bhajanpura Realme service center

Dear Sir,

I want to complaint about a Realme Service Center situated in Bhajanpura, Delhi. My phone was getting switch off itself due to this,I, visited above mentioned Realme Customer Service Center, where I met a service representative, I informed him about the problem of my phone then he said for waiting, after waiting 2-3 hours he said that my phones software needs to be updated but not updating after connecting to the computer, after waiting 2-3 hours and due to not resolving my issue I was disappointed then he taken back my phone opened it without my consent and returned my phone in few minutes and said that your problem has been resolved but my problem was as it is and due to this I am facing problems, it is still getting on and off anytime without touching any key. I am very disappointed with the service they provided to me. Kindly do the needful in the matter please.
