We booked a condo at Chateau le Mer for January & February. We moved into #103 on the 1st expecting cable or satellite television. We have neither.
Despite Real Joy representative, who were very kind, but were unable to rectify this issue.
Being Canadians, our dollar sucks do the rental cost is exorbitant. We wouldn’t mind if we were getting what we paid for.
False property profiles should be corrected so renters receive exactly what they booked and paid for.

Desired outcome: Cable or satellite television or a unit that has either.

What RealJoy Vacations did with this property is wrong, and it should not be acceptable in any way. They should either compensate you now or partially return your money because they never delivered what was advertised. You can raise the matter with their management if it continues, so that other customers are informed about such listings. If they do nothing after that, let everybody know your story by sharing it on as many platforms as possible and then consider filing a complaint with related consumer protection bureaus. Never accept anything less than the full amount that you paid for.
